  3. I came in to get new phones and tablets for my Mom and myself. Both of our phones were almost out of memory, so transferring our data, contacts, etc. took a while. I was at the store long after closing time. Mike and Abi were absolutely amazing, incredibly patient, and kept a great sense of humor !! Thank you so so much!!! 😊

  5. Mike was so amazing with my mother in law who is not used to all the technology. He spent so much time with her setting up her new account, and did so with a smile on his face. He is also so knowledgeable that every question she had he answered and fixed to her liking. He never lost his patience with anything.

    If I could give less than 1 star I would. The store associated were just spewing absolute nonsense and just wasting my time and money. They messed and couldn’t activate my sim and instead of being straightforward about it, they told me to buy a new sim.they also said they couldn’t access my account to make a note about it. When I contacted customer service they fixed the issue in 15 minutes and said there was no need of a second sim and you don’t need access to the account to make a note, just a sick marketing tactic.

    I tried to go there the other day and the store was closed at 4:30p because, get this, STAFFING SHORTAGE!! The store was to be open until 7p. I wanted help because all of sudden I am in a DEAD ZONE!!! What the what!!! This is the New York metro area not in the Montana mountains. So, when I got home I called the 800 help line and was on the phone for an hour. They could find anything wrong with my account. Get this, after I told the rep I do not have internet, she wanted to confirm it was me calling by text. Oh well, I am waiting for a call back. See what happens!!! Fix the cell phone tower!!!

    Awful experience at this location. Went to pick up an order, after getting a notification that my order was ready. The staff of the store decided to close at 4:15 – when I tried to explain that I was just picking up an order, they couldn’t have cared less. Watched at least 5 more customers try to get into the store. Would choose a more reliable store to do business with in the future!

    They closed the store 1 hour before the listed closed time online (Google and Verizon) so I could not pick up the phone I paid for. I then had to wait 6 days because I commute and cannot make their random and unlisted hours
