The service young lady Rachel was so very understanding and kind to us. It took time to fix my friend ‘s phone, but we had to come back the next day because the download was slow.. it was fixed the next day. Because of all the time it took to work on it they gave my friend a free 3month subscription to Disney+. I always go to Best buy. Great store. I walked over to that section, and flagged down a worker who was clearly busy. He concisely explained the particulars of like a dozen different laptops for me in all of about 4 mins… Then he literally went to the other side of the store and climbed a ladder to go get the overstock…. Above and beyond.By jon bill (3 months ago)Bought a laptop from them as a Christmas present. It had issues almost immediately after using it (faulty motherboard causing static on screen). It wasn’t a big deal but I figured I should take care of it early before it hits a grace period. They refused to exchange it or give me a refund but did help me with the manufacturers warranty. They send it out for a few weeks to be serviced. It comes back dead with no charger so I can’t check it in store. I get home and charge it to find a boot error that’s left it completely unusable. I called their help line to talk to someone who sounded like their whole job was to tell people to go to a store. It feels like they sold me a piece of junk and are just wasting my time so I give up. BUT, not certified enough to swap out my Apple Watch under my Apple Care + plan in store because “Apple needs to diagnose” it more. It’s shattered, oops. Why does Apple need to test it out more if the glass is shattered? Still worked fine. It’s estimated to take a week and a half to get my watch back. Super inconvenient, would rather go to the Apple Store next time my Apple product is broken because they can swap it out then and there. Thought I’d give Best Buy a try next to my house, but ended up being a week and a half. 😞
On the bright side, staff was friendly, organized, and communicative. Also looking at the bright side, I can stay disconnected from my watch on my wrist and get my watch tan line back 🤣.

I’m standing there for a good 20 mins and no one bothered to even acknowledge the fact that I’m there. The young man at the register simply walked away without even speaking or taking the time out to say I will be with you in a second. Customer service is key and they had none, it was only one young man who seen me standing there for some time who had enough respect to approach me and ask me have I been helped. He called over his walkie numerous times to get someone to assist me and no one ever showed up. At this point I was fed up and left. But before leaving I talked to a manager who only said well we are a little short staff, short staff has nothing to do with acknowledging the fact you have a customer waiting for assistance and providing effective customer service. A simple hello I will be with you in a moment would have sufficed instead your employees ignored the fact I was even standing there and that’s rude, disrespectful, and bad customer service so this BestBuy lost a customer and a two thousand dollar purchase.By Salome Bazier (2 months ago)

They were amazing! Specifically the manager Jessica and Stephen. We came in to order all new kitchen and laundry appliances after researching for days what we wanted and best priced packages. However, we had an issue the prices and package we looked at 2 days prior to our visit wasn’t becoming the same price when we were checking out. These two helped us get to the bottom of it and made it right. They both were patient with us and understanding of everything. We truly appreciate those Rockstars! Thank you both so much!
I used the curbside pickup service for the first time in my life. Made online order from home, and it was ready for pickup before I even left my house. Service at store was immediate, simple, and efficient. Curbside delivery guy was so great, engaging, helpful, and professional. What a great experience and superb service.
We had an amazing experience at this Best Buy. Chris V. In the cell phone area was exceptional. He was helpful and so patient. I bought a cell phone for my father online. My father went to 2 different best buys and verizon and after 10 hours still couldn’t get it working. We walked into this best buy. Chris made an excellent recommendation, offered a solution and took care of it immediately. We walked out that evening with a new phone that worked. Chris V.’s customer service skills and pleasant demeanor may the experience so much better.

I had purchased a few items just before Christmas. However, since there were no directions in the box, on how to use one of the items I bought, I returned it a couple of days ago. Although the service was very quick, when it came to me returning my merchandise, the customer service was very poor at this Best buy otherwise. I thought I’d get a speaker, while I was in the store, but I could not find anyone to help me with choosing the products that I was interested in. So I left without buying anything, after returning my other merchandise. I feel like they would probably sell a lot more items off the shelves, if they had better customer service within the store. I know I would have bought something had I had some help. Oh well. Their loss.
