Even though, he was not working in that department, Tre helped me find a compatible DC cable for my modem and he showed me how to control the outgoing voltage. Batman helped me find a new coax cable. I ask could I buy just 1 charge because my laptop was dead and I left the charger out of town. They let me in to buy it even though they were closed 10mins in. That was life-saving for me and great customer service. Thanks, the store manager and sales person who helped me find the exact charger and searched my past history to ensure I was getting the right one. Had to return the printer, but they made the whole process so easy that i actually upgraded to a better printer instead of just returning it. Had a slight problem with logging into my laptop, so i took it to the store. In less than 5 minutes the geek squad tech had my problem resolved. This store really has great and friendly associates. Needed a new printer and very long story short, a promotion that appeared on their website wasn’t in their system. I wound up dealing with almost every employee in the store and all were very friendly and dedicated to customer service. I was able to get the printer I wanted for a great price. Everything was found as described online. There was a brief wait for a sales associate who approached me after she finished with a previous customer. The sales associate that helped me asked me the appropriate “upsell” questions and was not pushy when I declined. I really appreciate when sales staff recognizes different buying styles! I was in and out in quick order on a Saturday morning, and even though the store was busy, it appeared appropriately staffed. Other staff I passed by in-store were friendly and attentive. He went to storage to find our watch with fast pace. I bought 2 Garmin watches. After try for one day, One does NOT fit well so I went back to return and to buy a fitbit. A female associate is very inpatient and no knowledge to her work.even try to stay away from me. No meeting and greeting at all. Got a keyboard for pick up and they had a fantastic deal and pickup was super quick after they texted and emailed to let me know it’s ready. Hate the parking lot though not their fault
It was good. They had one good associate who tried to help out. The effort was there. He tried to provide good customer service. Best Buy isn’t quite what it used to be though. It’s headed to a less specialized electronics store to almost a kind of Target feel.
I came to the store today wanting to buy a new iPhone before my holiday trip. I was turned away at 7:26 and told that they do not sell phones within the last hour of being open. I told the associate I was heading out of town the next day otherwise I would just come back tomorrow, he went and asked his college if she would be willing to help me and she said no. There weren’t even any other customers, she was standing at another table talking to two other employees. I spent 40 minutes driving to and from your store today, trying to specifically go to Best Buy. I guess I should have just ordered it online..
Great product selection and customer service. We have purchased TVs, washer and dryer combo, ice maker, video game system and sound bars. The best part is the Total Tech program for $200 per year, it provides free delivery and set up warranties all purchases we’ve made since starting it. It also allows 90 day price match guarantee on all purchases (we used it when the dropped one of our TV prices)
