The store was well organized and clean. There are TVs on the main aisles. Employees were nice and helpful. I was asked if I needed assistance when I was walking towards the back. The employees was nice and went on their way. This is another Best Buy location I suggest people to come to if they’re looking for cameras to play with. They have most of the well known brand cameras you can experiment with. The lot is shared with other businesses. Parking is good but getting to this Best Buy (from Snelling) is easy. But there is a lot of traffic so be aware of your surroundings because drivers in this area do drive pretty fast. The bathrooms in here are well kept. The floors are clean and not dirty. Overall, a great Best Buy to check out. Would highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for electronics.By TinaEh VangLee (8 months ago)I enjoy this location because of the staff and inventory. It may not be the top of the line store/flagship location but the staff are solid & knowledgable. Inventory is pretty great. I haven’t experienced this location in a busy time, which is one of the reasons I love this location because of it’s size and it seems like its easy to get in and out when you need to. Staff have found the location that had what I needed on multiple occasions. Now, the parking or finding the location can be a bit confusing for first timers so please have patience with drivers that seem to be lost in the area. It’s in a very busy area, strip mall, with a lot popular brands. Prime location for Best Buy but give yourself grace if it takes a bit to get here. My refrigerator died right when an amazing presidents sale on appliances started. I saved time by filtering online for French bottom refrigerator I wanted at a great price. The sales person was very helpful with this purchase. She was able to answer my questions, and show my wife other refrigerators available. I was looking for a gaming system for my boys. I was thinking about getting an Xbox for them since that’s what I used play games on. After talking with an awesome employee who knew what he was talking about I got a Nintendo Switch. He was great at explaining how a Nintendo might be a better option for their age range. I know nothing about Nintendo. This patient man took about 30 minutes to explain the Nintendo Switch system to me. Best Buy isn’t just about getting good products at a great price. The people who work here KNOW THEIR STUFF!By Mike Dotson (4 months ago)Fantastic manager, but much of the rest of the staff could do with some training in stock locations and customer service. Good luck with pickup orders on low-stock items, or something not on the shelves. Twice in the past month I’ve had to search out the item in question myself, in a very persistent manner because the employees didn’t want to look further than what was right in front of them.

Oh where has customer service gone? I purchased an item for curbside pickup. 2 hours later they still couldn’t find my item. When they finally found it. I wanted to put insurance on the item and they wouldn’t do it!! I’ve never seen a company turn down money for a warranty!!!! It took me an extra 20 minute with the employees to make them understand that I wanted a warranty!!!! If you’re dealing with Best Buy you make sure you always get a warrant!!!!!!By Corey Still (5 months ago)Having 3 people working the store is not acceptable. We waited almost an hour to be helped, and the computer we wanted was not in stock despite having checked prior to driving 50 miles to pick it up. The gentleman who did eventually help us was fantastic and quite knowledgeable. Suggest paying for the warranty, unpack nicely to repack in case something goes wrong with the product and keep the receipt. Do Not trust them to keep your records. Some people are all about company and not about themselves or other workers.
They will lie to save the company money. When you know full well your warranty did not expire. They rely on you forgetting the date purchased.
As long as you have all your ducks in a row as above mentioned returns are easy and worth the warranty.

This old lady and her husband in front of me were buying a phone. Then she says she wanted a different phone after all the paperwork. Then she says she needs a case and car charger. Then she says she wants to go look at the car chargers. How inconsiderate can people in MN be. Someone is waiting behind you and you act as though I don’t exist! Finally someone helps me! I could have ordered off Amazon and bypassed all of this! Never coming back here. How does this store stay open? The only reason people come here over Amazon is service. A cool best buy! The employees consistently asked if we needed help at all parts of the store which was very helpful of them. I didn’t need help, but I know if someone did, they would be helped very quickly without having to ask! The location was clean and the bathroom was one of the cleanest public restrooms I’d ever been in. The location had several items to choose from: TV’s, phones, gaming systems, accessories, and a lot more. They even had appliances! Most appliance prices ranged from 3-6k dollars, but there were cheaper options that ranged from 1k> to 2k which would be perfect for a first appliance. I recommend coming here if you need a new appliance such as a fridge or a stove, or if you want a new electronic device such as a laptop or TV.
We picked up this nice washer and dryer set. They scheduled me for install/delivery today and they’re suppose to show up in 1 week from today. Bestbuy even gave me 0% interest if paid off within 1 year. Great service and excellent financing!
Bought a TV that turned out to be defective. I confirmed this with Samsung, and then also called the Best Buy help line to confirm that I could return the TV. When I tried to return it in the store, the manager initially refused to let me return it, arguing with me that I needed to buy a protection plan. He only changed his mind after I insisted we plug it in and see the defect. It then took an hour for him to try to locate a replacement TV, only to see that they were out of stock. They also tried to persuade me into accepting a different, worse TV as a replacement, which I declined. They then offered a much more expensive TV, if I paid the difference. I declined. I returned the TV, and the manager wrote on a business card that I could come back when the TV was in stock and get it for the Black Friday price that I paid. The catch: I am responsible for monitoring if the TV is back in stock, and I have to hope the manager will remember me and honor what he wrote on the card. They didn’t give me a formal exchange receipt.
First of all I’m going to say, eff this best buy. First I was sitting there waiting 30 minutes to get help on a monitor. Then someone told me I need to be in queue and then I proceed to be told “hey you are next in queue” and then guess what. A PERSON WHO JUST ASKED THEM FOR HELP GETS HELP AND WASNT IN THE QUEUE. All I asked you was “hey is that monitor below the same as the one on display? It isn’t quite clear.”
Not a huge fan of the profiling either. For a company that prides itself on asking for help obnoxiously, I wasn’t asked once for help or if I needed help finding something. And I was here for 40ish minutes. I get it, I wasn’t dressed “well enough”.
I’m going to drive the extra 20 minutes and go to microcenter for my purchases in the future.
P.S. I ended up buying it at microcenter but I bought a g8 neo instead.
Pete in appliances is the best! He is so knowledgeable and so helpful. We started working with him last fall as we were looking to replace a broken refrigerator at my son’s home. That install went great. Then we were back 30 days later to buy a new oven/gas stove and microwave. We had that install scheduled and then OUR refrigerator failed. We went back to Pete to coordinate the appliances and reschedule our install. He has been EXCELLENT to work with. Will definitely be referring people to him. I also have to say the Total Tech program has been awesome as well – exceeded my expectations. Well done Best Buy.
