  1. If you want to have an abysmally terrible customer experience, order delivery/installation service from here. After having been rescheduled without notice twice and having to take off work both times, the little faith I had in this process has now been completely eroded by the third scheduled appointment window running an hour and a half late, and the service technician on his end telling me his time window he had for me was different than the time window that I have been told up to this point.

    The company has no ability to communicate logistically and/or accurately because I am told differing information by their customer service from what is being shown through the app/emails.

    The TV that I ordered was $500 cheaper than CostCo, but the satisfaction of any savings has been completely tarnished by this terrible customer experience and the loss of wages from 3 days of work taken off.

  2. I’m not usually one to complain about underpaid, under-motivated workers not doing their job to par, but this is definitely the time. I had the worlds simplest order of a Fit Bit charger, paid for and “ready for pick up” in the locker storage. First, mentioning that the lockers are located OUTSIDE of the store would’ve avoided this entire situation. But, alas, the email only referenced the lockers as being located “near the front of the store.”Secondly, after standing in line for 20 minutes, I finally asked a separate cashier (who had no customers in line) if he could grab my product, as it was paid for and just needed to be picked up. This employee spent the next 15 minutes seemingly trying to retrieve my product from the locker from the inside of the store. He came back several times either implying that I should’ve received a locker number in my email (I did not) or looking confused and not knowing how to proceed. I feel for this employee, as he probably doesn’t get paid enough to care about serving customers satisfactorily, but COME ON. 35 minutes later, the employee figured out how to retrieve my product and I had my charger. Again, 35 minutes to get one item that was already paid for. I seriously wish there was a better electronics store, I’d take Circuit City at this point.

  3. Jimi helped me find a DJI gimbal. I’m kind of an a** sometimes but he took it great. Next time I go back I’ll find him if he’s there.

  4. Clean, organized and have a lot more than I have seen at other stores when it comes to workout equipment.
    Looks tiny from the outside but it is a huge store.

  5. I enjoy Best Buy and the products they offer. I feel their customer service has been lacking lately. Myself and two other parties stood in line to checkout for over 10 minutes while workers walked past us over and over. I understand that not every employee can checkout but they should be notifying someone that can. We waited but someone that got in line after me put their product down and left the store.

    This is a typical Best Buy. It can be hard to find help at times and the wait at checkout may be a little long. I gave it 5 stars because Rae saved the day. He helped me with a laptop exchange and his customer service, patience, and kindness were exceptional.

    Good experience, went to get a couple of box PCs found a couple open box monitors they helped us with the price. Manager Chase was excellent. And the Google experience gentlemanwho didn’t even work for best buy, helped actually locate the PCs we needed. Decent price, great help

    Justin Malone was my sales guy and he was awesome! This is the second time I have encountered Justin within a 2-3year time frame and his knowledgeable, genuine and respectful service has remained the same. He’s eager and patient when answering questions and showing you different options for products.

    This store is just about the worst Best Buy I think I’ve been to. Constantly understaffed, had a line that wrapped 3 times and only 1 cashier, took them over 15 minutes to finally realize they needed to send another.

    Additionally, I purchased a monitor online. Monitor arrived with a dead pixel, so I returned it to this store for an exchange. Found an open box item online that they had marked as in store, as well they had marked it as “excellent/like-new” and “no damage”, sweet deal to save a few dollars. So, at the store, found the exact monitor and noticed it was priced higher than they had it online, but when checking out, it rang up with a 3rd different price. Mentioned the online price and they told me that they cannot price match it because there are possibly other open-box items in the store in the same condition, but told me their store only had 1, so hey quick math, 1 in store that’s in my hand means you have no others. After they refused to honor their own price, I finally just gave up and paid the incorrect price. Arrive home, open the box, and not only is it not “like-new”, but it’s also missing the stand, missing all the cables, missing all accessories, and was only the screen in the box. Make a second trip to South County Best Buy for them to then try to tell me that they could not do a return because I was returning the item without all its contents, the item that they just sold me without its contents. After a bit of back and forth, a return was finally approved. This store is a tarnish to Best Buy, who’s corporate offices seem to already be doing everything they can to ruin the name. Make the trip to another in the area and avoid this one.

    The actual experience in store wasn’t bad. I was in store on Sunday, buying a laptop that was on sale, and last year’s model. They didn’t have any on hand but they had to ship it to me. The clerk was friendly and helpful, but in the process of setting up the order, I had to correct them on my house # at least twice.

    Got a notification Monday that a label had been created, and Best buy notifications told me I would have it on Wednesday…
    Come Wednesday, the best buy link still says I would have it that day. No more detail, so I clicked to track it on UPS, and the tracker says the label was made, but it was never picked up. After making numerous calls, I finally got a notification from UPS that my laptop was on a truck.
    Cut to Friday, UPS tracks it from the store to and through several facilities and out for delivery. Then I get a notification that there is a problem with the address. Remember when I had to correct the clerk multiple times on the house #? Well somehow, even though they had read it back correctly, the wrong house # had made it to the order. I got it corrected, and hopefully I will still get my laptop tonight.

    Bad luck that one error got stacked on top of another. Mistakes happen, but damn this has been a bit frustrating, I just want the laptop I paid for.

    Today I was very stressed out due to breaking my screen . I drove an hour to the Des Peres store to only find out they couldn’t assist me with my screen repair that I made an appointment for . Well you guessed it I had to drive an hour back home . I decided to try the south county store next as I need my phone for work . Well they didn’t have any appointments. BUMMER . As you can imagine I was upset . I spoke with Brandon C. Who went beyond his Geek squad duties and made my whole interaction better . No I didn’t get my phone fixed but I left with a better understanding of the company and how it works . He heard my concerns and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him . He tried to help find a store as well to resolve my issue. Thank you Brandon & Johnny for the assistance and the great customer service !

    There are not enough good things that I could say about Brenda. She really helped me & saw me through a stressful situation, where as everyone I had spoken to prior told me what I wanted to hear just to get me off their radar-including the 1-800 apple support line. Brenda was patient, thorough, & after checking every Avenue she could- she was even able to get me scheduled with the geek squad herself in a timely fashion where as I was being told I could only access prime appointments via my (broken) phone… thank you so much Brenda for your help..she did everything a sales associate should do on behalf of a company. 🙏🙏 I will continue to shop & get services at Best Buy.
