  1. To be honest, I never write any reviews, but after this experience I really wanted to. Joshua is the best sales agent I encountered in a while. Very professional, knowledgeable and has a very positive energy. It was definitely a highlight of my shopping experience!

  2. Warning!!! Stay far away if purchasing any type of appliance!!!

    I’ve left countless positive reviews for so many businesses and organizations, however, I rarely leave a negative review.

    As a business owner myself, I know it can be difficult… However, just to help my fellow patrons, this is the absolute worst organization to purchase any type of appliance from… Purchased one of their most expensive dishwashers available and was promised the service to take my old one out as well as install the new one… On the day of delivery the most expensive dishwasher they had that was delivered had a huge dent in the back and was taken back. However, there was no notice given upon when they would return with the new one. Had to go and hunt down that out. Actually get the item in my purchased without a dent in it… When it finally was delivered, the individuals who delivered it commented that the old one wasn’t removed? And then looked underneath the sink as if they were checking to see how to install it… Only to stand up and say. “Oh yeah we don’t install dishwashers… ” Then Why would you look under the sink and comment that the old one had not been taken out in the first place unless you intended to install it? Especially being I paid the extra hundreds of dollars to have the old one removed and the new one installed… When I went to call them up regarding what had happened in email was sent immediately to my Best buy account email address saying that all installation services and removal of old dishwasher has been canceled and they simply refunded the amount so is not having to be responsible for the install. I’ve been a very loyal customer of Best buy and my account so they don’t give great rewards when you spend thousands and thousands of dollars each year buying school equipment and even buying large amounts of iPads from them for my after school center that I run.

    Definitely makes me reconsider, continuing to be a patron having this extremely poor experience and just general lack of ownership and service professionalism.

Went to Best Buy to get my son his first windows laptop, I was able to get quick assistance and a wealth of knowledge from a really nice tall, curly hair, young gentlemen wearing a geek squad shirt (wish I got his name). Even though they were really busy with customers during the holiday season he really took his time to make sure I made the right purchase because I had no idea where to even start. It was very much appreciated. I overheard one of the managers pumping up his team via their radios and seems like a real positive work environment. I will probably always prefer going to this location for all my electronics needs in the future.

  4. Best Buy is a very well stocked electronics and other products, such as computers, cellphones, appliances, video games, and many other items. It also has instant pickup and free two day shipping.
    The store is organized and properly maintained. Management and staff are courteous, hospitable and helpful. Cudo to the Management and staff and the discipline of the customers…

    Unfortunately purchased a few defective parts and had no issue at all exchanging them for new. Great help. Minus one old fat white guy. Told me he’d get someone to help me and then completely forgot as I stood by the Ram display case for 15 minutes. Besides that, 5 stars definitely.

    Best buy’s been around for a long time especially this one right here, the quality demand of customer satisfaction is no longer a grade (A) I think with a little bit improvement they could get right back on track, although it’s the number one spot for electronics.

    The biggest highlight and the reason I chose to write this review is because of my most recent shopping experience at Best Buy during which I encountered very knowledgeable sales associates, who were patient enough to help me even during the busy holiday season. Whenever I had a question or needed help making a decision, I was able to find someone who was able to assist me. They were patient and took the time to explain different features and options, which made it much easier for me to make an informed purchase.

    To sum this up, I would certainly recommend shopping at this location for anyone in need of electronics or home appliances, especially for someone who is looking for help. The store is well-stocked, the prices are competitive, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best locations I have been to and I am saying this because I have gone to other locations where the service wasn’t as great.

    I’ve been here a few times. Never had a problem. The last time I went (couple of days ago), I encountered Jose. He was very professional and friendly at the same time. He sold me on the best laptop for my dollar, not the most expensive laptop. He loves his job and was very knowledgeable of his products. He deserves five stars. Thank you Jose.

    I usually don’t comment, but this place looked terrible. The Paint is chipped off, the whole place is a wreck. Just as it looks the the service is the same, their inventory is off, nobody is able to help you find things because its so disorganized. At the register the person helping is said the item we were looking for (air tag) was available but when he went to get it there was none. I wouldn’t recommend going to this store it was a waste of time.

    I was having a very confused bad day. My laptop was having issues with the screen and i was already upset because i was in class when my laptop was having the issue. As a student i need my laptop and i was not sure that the problem was going to get fixed. But thanks Marco from Geek squad, He was always very polite, gave me all the options i had nicely to help me and best part was that he was always there for me to guide me. Marco also understood me and made everything in his power to show me that i can trust him with my problem and my laptop!     Good store and nicely arranged products. I would say it’s an average best buy size store, not too big. 2 observations I can make for improvements. First, there are restrooms in the store, but directions are not mentioned. Second, I noticed there are certain brand watches that are displaced, so you could put it on to check the watch size on your hand, but that’s not the case with all the watches. For example, none of the original Garmin watches are displayed, and the dummy models are screwed to the board & you won’t be able to compare different sizes by putting them on.

    I had an excellent experience at the Jersey City location this past week. Many thanks to both Omar and Tony who went out of their way to assist me in my purchase of a new cell phone and even convinced me to upgrade. I had gone there to get a kick around phone because I didn’t want to pay alot for a phone and it went there with enough time before they closed. When I told Tony and Omar originally what I wanted they went and got it for me- no questions asked.While I was looking at the item, they were mentioning the S23 Ultra that I wanted but did want to pay that kind of price. I was originally going for the S22 Ultra. When all was said and done, I got a trade-in value for my old phone (which I didn’t know about) and applied that amount to the purchase of the S23 Ultra 512gb that I wanted, and ended with the phone I really wanted for only a little bit more that what I was going to settle for and I didn’t feel pushed into it.
    Both Omar and Tony were very professional, engaged/present in the conversation and helped me set-up the new phone, including the transfer, rather quickly.
    What was most impressive though, was the fact that although I arrived there early enough, there were a few snags along the way- which had them staying for a bit- after they closed. They not only successfully finished hooking up my phone and transferring everything but they NEVER complained, NEVER appeared agitated and NEVER rolled their eyes. Both Tony and Omar made the in-store experience worthwhile. I will DEFINITELY be shopping there again.
