I was helped by a salesman named Nick who was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right product. It was really nice having someone who knew what they were talking about to help pick between all the options.

Our sales rep. Brandon Becker was not helpful when we did not receive our appliance for two consecutive appointments!! We scheduled the time slot and got everything ready but did not receive our appliance two times in a row. Brandon Becker gave me his phone number, but when I called to inquire about why we did not receive our purchased appliance, he would not answer his phone and avoided us. This really made Best Buy look bad and we will not be using them for large appliances again. I was a sales rep at one time in my life and I know that customer follow up is a big part of quality salesmanship. This guy totally neglected us as customers and did not do the basic work that a salesperson must do to satisfy his customers. All in all, Best Buy’s customer service was pitiful as they did not follow up to make sure we got our product as was promised. We were stuck following up and trying to get our purchased product ourselves. I would strongly not recommend Best Buy for any large appliances that they must deliver to your home.By Ben’s View (4 months ago)Visited the store for remote car starter installation. The installation technicians and customer service executives were quite friendly. The installation technician gave me a call to update , I can bring my vehicle early. The installation took an hour. But, in this store they do not have a waiting area for customers. You have to roam around in the store for an hour.By SK (4 months ago)I am so dissatisfied with the service I received from best buy. I ordered an expensive camera for my fiance for the holiday that was marked as delivered but was never delivered. After numerous conversations with customer service and investigations I was told my refund would be processed and it was completed and to wait a few days and I had never received it. Back and forth with the company and still nothing. Later to only find out they decided that they were not going to refund the money they promised and I’m out of a 1400 dollar camera. So i will be returning all the other accessories I purchased for the camera including expensive lenses and contacting the better business bureau. This is unacceptable how a company can be so deceitful and treat their customers so poorly. I will not be shopping with them going forward with any of my electronics. After gathering money from friends and family I ordered a PS5 online because it said it was available for pick up today. While I’m waiting for the text to come pick it up it all of a sudden changes to December 16th. I call and explain to them that it needs to be turned in tomorrow in order for the young man to get it and I either need a PS5 or a refund so I can get it somewhere else. That’s when the runaround started. So now I have to cancel the order and wait 5-10 days for a refund. I don’t have an extra $600 laying around to just go buy another so this kid is just out of luck. Terrible, terrible customer service. The first guy tells me he can get a verification code to send to the bank to get the money back in right away then promptly hangs up on me. Second guy says he doesn’t know why the first guy would say that because it’s not possible. Well I needed to ask some questions about cell phones and the good people at this Best Buy Store 🏪 did not let me down. I was greeted immediately at the door and was directed were I needed to go. A few minutes later, a very helpful associate eagerly gave me assistance and I was quickly on my way. They have plenty of parking and are VERY handicap accessible. Mask are optional at this time.

I strongly believe he was trying to finesse me out of an additional $250 to install a remote Starter on my vehicle and tried to get me to get the store credit and I told him no and he acted like he didn’t hear me and I told him again no I’m good and cancelled my appointment for the 10th of March. There is no way to resolve issues with best buy because no one has the authority to make a decision or tell you anything so they just keep giving you to another department or just hang up on you.I do plan on sewing Best Buy in the next few weeks if they don’t respond to the issues they created.

I opened a refrigerator in the clearance section and it was dirty and had dead flies inside. Everytime I go in there I am completely ignored by staff members, even when I go up to a help desk. I know they can see me, they wont make eye contact – nothing. Today I approached a desk and an employee was helping someone else so I patiently waited. Instead of coming back to help me when he was done, the employee just walked away. Another employee was nearby and continued her restocking. Why do customers need to chase down your employees? I’ve never been to a more unhelpful store. I always regret coming here. Train you staff better. It was not lost on me that all of the customers I saw who WERE being helped were men, while me and other women were wondering where anyone was to help us. This is a tech store and I’d imagine most of your customers could use some guidance. Stop ignoring them.
I went to Best buy when they open to buy myself a microwave. The salesman was very helpful and I knew exactly what I wanted and he took me right to it. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. They even loaded in my car. I was a happy camper.
The issue is the workers are highly persuaded to sell protection policies.
*** Total Tech Protection IS NOT a good Product to buy.***
Be very careful these have to many caveats. I bought the Total Tech protection. After 4 months Computer failed. BB refused to refund, refused to exchange, told me under plan they could repair for $100 deductible. It’s the manufactures warranty which allowed for the start of free repair.
******** UPDATE its been two months since I was forced to get repair and they cant find my computer. ******* The store says call customer service, customer service says go to the store. #### DO NOT BUY the Protection plans through BB #### Buy from a store which will stand behind their products without paying extra for dubious plans.
I’ve only been here a few times, but from my experience, I must say that this is the best location for their pick-up services. I’ve been to many locations and this location is the best one so far. Others are extremely slow, have attitudes and/or just not present at the register counter. They didn’t give me an open nor used item like the Southfield location (Telegraph and 12 mile) did when my purchased item is to be NEW!
I have shopped here since they opened. Service has gone up and down over the years. The TV area I have always had good service in. I find as long as you know what you are looking for you are good. The prices are higher since Bestbuy as a company put MediaPlay and Circuit City out of business. The staff at this location are friendly and I usually find what I am looking for in stock but I find accessories for products tend to be cheaper online. Returns are easy enough if you need to deal with customer service.
