- Reviews:Is there lunch break in Maybank? If no, it should be some1 cover up while others not around. There are 10 counters on but only 2 opening. Been wait since 12.30 until now 1.10. Only 1 number ticket move. Terrible bank to open an account, waiting for 2 persons in front need more than one and a half hours ++. Terrible efficiency, should have closed the counters for good; just leave the customer service front desk ‘s personnels and ATMs downstairs, customer service there was an especially helpful lady named Ruby who are so efficient. Please improve to save suffering for customers and Maybank’s reputation:) ps 4 stars because of Ruby’s help while opening acc.
Staff at counter 10 has a very poor customer service. Not only he talked rudely to the customers, he also yelled unreasonably. Having no sense of respect and integrity in his job and to the customers. Being outrageous and all, I suggest taking action on the staff and spend your funds in training your staffs for a better customer service for the sake of the customers.
The phone rang nonstop and nobody bother to pick up the phone. That’s why I was there because I have called for a few days but no one answer my calls. So ended up I needed to go up there for asking some questions which I can actually get it done via the phone.
Bad customer service!!, all staff also rude, not talk nicely to customer, please improve your staff attitude to customers, because you didnt earns your salary without customers. Be polite when talk to customers
I’m not sure why the rating is low but personally the person I dealt with was very professional. I needed a loan discharge letter and the officer immediately arranged for it.
