- Reviews:I perform transactions at this branch 3 times a week. I chose this branch because it’s nearest to my working location. Service is average, not consistent. Some of the staff are very efficient & friendly but some are at the total opposite. If u want it quick, try dropping by once they open to avoid the crowd. After the bank staff understood my situation and checked the evidence, they immediately helped me replace my debit card and update my bank account. Appointment on EZYQ was booked for 1 month ago. Came to open account but to submit the documentation then asked to go back and wait for next appointment. So, what is the point of this appointment whereby other branch can immediately open the account? Advise not to book this branch, really bad service and not being helpful but ignorant.
second Maybank I went for same cheque to bank in. Again machine temporarily out of service, penang u know ？at night cannot deposit cheque, working hours parking problem, or r u saying I need an assistant sit in car.
Debit card replacement kiosk would not work for us. Then took a number and waited a very long time even though the branch is not crowded and multiple service advisors are sitting there with no customers in front of them. Where can you find a Maybank branch that understands efficiency? Sigh!
Worst Bank …called never pick up…service also slow…..
