- Reviews:The service here is VERY VERY BAD. Almost 3 hours waiting for an opening of account. Three counters are open for opening account but they don’t call number “55**” for people who want to open account, instead they call another numbers “72**” for other services. If these 3 staffs at these counters didnt want to do the open account services, then they should inform the customer earlier so that we can go to another branch! Avoid this branch like the plague. Traffic is high but the number of open counter is low and keeps dwindling throughout the day. Individual counters are fast but not enough staff to cater for the high amount of customers. I blame the branch manager for poor staff management skill.
Big branch, fairly quick service. But parking is a problem. Your best bet is either for someone to drive you, or the paid parking on the adjacent lot
Called to ask if coin deposit machine was working and was put on hold for 10 minutes, then was told that it is. Went to the branch, and it was OUT OF SERVICE, so thank you for lying to me and wasting my time.
Parking is horrible, staff take forever to answer calls, the only positive are the guards who help you find parking.
As a co-signatory for a joint account (both to sign) we are not allowed to do internet banking, neither are we allowed to check account balance over the phone. Each time, to check account balance, we are expected to go to the bank, where parking is always not available. Talk about inconvenience.
I have issue for withdraw my money since i have expired card, OTP and my IC still kkp09 since i did aome changes at JPN. The receptionist delivered great customer care. But counter 6 who’s attend me delivery very very very bad service. Once she smile to others before and after me. But when heard my issue her face turns out unfriendly and really not willing to attend help put on my issue and went to her supervisor to solve my issue. 3 times i came and she has the those attitude. I dun know what is wrong with this person whenever i came here. Please train your staff customer service skills, how to communicate, how to greet people and whatnot. Her service very bad.
