  3. Worst customer service ever, rude arrogant bank manager and staffs. I got turned down and treat like a scammer to. My own elderly parent just Bcs I want to register him an online banking. Utter nonsense saying it’s all part of security question for elderly people. Since when they even care?, thousands of people had their money went missing in Maybank but they act as if their security was the best in the world. Wish more overseas bank were to come in and handle banking in Malaysia, Malaysia have among the worst banking service. Maybank top it all.

    Came without any appointment since i haven’t been to maybank for years now. The staff apologised as they cannot entertain early since they have to entertain those with appointments first but it wasn’t a problem at all. The waiting time was not that long. The staff did his work very efficiently and fast as well, with great patience and customer service for each of the customer. I was impressed eventho they were pack with people, they still keep a very professional attitude. The lady at the front who helped me set up the Maybank2u and MAE was super friendly, gave a lot of advices and she even suggested Whocall apps to help identify scammer. Was super satisfied with the service. Totally recommended. do make an appointment first if you are in the hurry.

    The staff was rude and being pushy on asking client to taking their saving plan. Not recommended and really wasting my time. I was in a hurry for God sake!

    Poor customer service. Dunno the tellers are all poor hearing or counter too big. Ask for company bank statement, need 1 week. Then when I come to get, said need to have both directors to collect. Think other people have to much leisure time as you guys? Bad service

    Thumbs up to the staffs and interns. They were very helpful and helped me from A to Z to open my maybank acc and guided me to sign in with the MAE online app. The procedure managed to complete up to 1 hr. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. Keep up the good work. P/s: went there with Maxim so it was a bit easier for me.. Byk kereta kat situ

    Used to deal with the cash room staffs, both the male n female staffs there are friendly and efficient.the best money changing service here. So far, with regard to counter staffs also no problem, very efficient although not dat frequent encounter. Recommended!!👍

    I spoke to one of the officers in Maybank, Jalan Bukit Ubi, Kuantan over the phone regarding a credit card service they provide. Very unpleasant and not helpful at all. I didn’t get HER name but I guess this review says a lot about your customer service. Manger of Maybank, Jalan Bukit Ubi, Kuantan please address this in your next staff meeting. The least the officer could do is put me in touch with an officer who could tell me more about the credit card that Maybank ‘terhegeh-hegeh’ nak I guna.
