I also purchased a faucet aerator. They had many to choose from. The Lawn and Garden area had a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants. Also a wide variety of planters, soil, and fertilizer. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I used Self-Checkout and it was a breeze. Home Depot is one stop solution for new home construction or home renovation. Had been to this store Staff service is good. They walked me through the sections what I need and my work completed in short span of time. It is word visit store. Prices are affordable Huge store 🏬 to fit in everything. I live in Cortez Junction and always shop here literally weekly for my business. I had purchased over 370$ in flowers two weeks ago from a location on 43rd and brought home these plants to find out that 40% of them were infested with pests! So I called this location 50 minutes ago to get approval basically that I can bring these to this location to return. Because their return policy states any location in the State! They told me yes they’ll return them and sorry for my inconvenience. Well, Torin refused to return these plants after I drove all the way here which is 45 minutes. I asked him why and he just said to return to the location I purchased them from. He was extremely rude and wouldn’t give me a reason to why my return is a special case and needs to go to another location! This store has lost my business for sure. I don’t appreciate one person saying one thing then another going against their company policy! Yep, Torin, you have cost your company thousands of my money spent yearly here! I ordered six cans of wood stain, ship to store for pickup. I got the call that my items had arrived. I suffer from chronic pain and live with limited mobility, therefore popping in during off peak hours and picking up my package was easier than shopping the store. Happily, there was no one else in line when I got there.
Unfortunately, that happy moment was short lived. I knew there was a problem when the 2nd CS associate came over and tried to explain (lie to me). A Home Depot employee opened my box and removed 4 of the 6 items I paid for. Isn’t it a Federal offense to open someone else’s mail? Isn’t this theft? 🤔 I want to know why my box was opened in the first place. When I asked what was going to be done, I was told I had to reorder everything online. They didn’t even offer a refund for the items they stole.
In fact, the 2nd customer service associates tried to convince me that I had all but two of items, although the stain was sold in sets of two and only 2 cans were left in the box. The line grew longer and longer behind me while she tried to make me believe her lies. I had to demand that she read the receipt again.
I was forced to demand a refund of all items, as no remedy was offered to me, and leave the store with nothing.
Great customer service and very nice and knowledgeable. Now this is my third associate we asked for help because the first 2 help find the third. Like a chain hang I guess. Nope n now I’m alone so I remember the 1st one mentioned generator so from aisle 3 to aisle 16 we go. Okay we got here and couldn’t see it at first so we asked one more associate whom at first requested me for a picture then when I pulled it up; roughly said, “Go to the front..’, but then stopped and said, “Oh, and led me back down aisle 16 to the item I was looking for! So, he then talked about rv’s for some reason 🤔.
As goes for all the Home Depot’s in the area this one is one of my go to places for all my improvement needs. They have awesome deals throughout the week and the employees are very helpful with anything you might need help with or want to know. I don’t really go to this location all that often but it’s still a great store in my opinion. 4/5 stars!!!
Esteban an Alberto in flooring department were great! Needed fake grass for new dog, Esteban was very knowledgeable an courteous. Made things much easier to decide on products. Well done guys! Thanks again!
This particular location is busy, chaotic, and lacking in customer service. Staff has been rude to me, store frequently doesn’t have enough cashiers, and are short with people when directing customers to the self pay lines. There are a lot of non English speaking customers who use this store, and the staff treat people like that is their problem and generally is unprepared.
For the volume of business this store does, they need to hire more employees, hire cashiers, or be kinder if you are forcing people to do self pay. There are some good parts of this store, but they are overshadowed by the customer service issues even at the base level of checkout.
