They store manager and people who worked at this store had some of the the worst customer service attitudes I have ever received at any Ross store in this country, and I have been to many of them. They had me wait 20 minutes for someone to let me in the fitting room, and I repeatedly ask for assistance. They gave no apologies , no smile only cold stares! I paid for my items and realized when I got home that they had not removed the sensor off one item and I had to come back. Again the attitude, no ‘ sorry for the I inconvenience.’ I most definitely will never shop there again. The cashier earlier in the day complaining about shortage of staff and how 5 people had been scheduled for interviews the day before but no one came. With the attitudes I experienced here, I can understand why no one wants to work there.

  3. Good prices however; employees need to know how to treat ppl’s clothing after they buy things they just ball the things up & I kindly takemine BACK out & gold them up
    them right back out

    Hate to give a 2 star review, but, wow… this place is a mess. Products are all over the place, in piles, on the floor (dirty floor) draped over the racks, just random stuff everywhere. Chances are, if you’re looking for something particular, chances are that it won’t be in the department that it’s supposed to be in. Hopefully, this store can turn it around one day because they have a nice variety of clothes and even decent prices.

    Walked in looking for one thing and found so much more. Finding my Mother’s Day gift was the best, especially for the price. Thank you, Ross, for the best unexpected gift. The prices on some things were mind-blowing. I will definitely find my way back here. In the near future.
