  I read the previous review from the mother of a child and I had to leave a review of my own. My boyfriend has gone to Rodney a couple of times before and because my six-year-old son loved the way that my boyfriend’s hair turned out, we booked an appointment for my son to tag along with my boyfriend. Because Rodney had never met my son before, he started the visit with a thorough consultation and assisted me with working through all of the fine details of my son’s haircut prior to beginning. This was a HUGE help! Rodney brought things to my attention that I didn’t even think about and ultimately, provided for a better service.
  I want to make this very clear – Rodney is an absolute professional. He took his time and provided the exact service that we discussed. My son asked for a silly little hair design and Rodney was able to perform it with no issue. I have never been so pleased with a haircut for my son and I won’t be letting anyone else cut his hair.
  The most important review comes from my six-year-old who when we left said that he couldn’t wait to show his friends and asked when we could come back. In the day since we have seen Rodney, my son has been sure to point out his haircut to everyone he sees.

  We are down here in Myrtle Beach on vacation from New York. I needed a haircut and I looked up barber shops and read some reviews. I stopped in and saw Rodney the barber. And I am so glad that I did. He did an excellent job and I was very happy with the haircut and beard trim. Thank you very much Rodney for a great job.   We came here while on vacation to get my 3 boys hair cut! Service was amazing and he did a great job cutting the boys hair. Wish I could take him back to Ohio with me to continue to cut my kids hair. I would definitely recommend!

  Had the opportunity to use Rodney Master RNB Barber services today, and what a good 1st time experience it was! Rodney gave me neck, shoulders and back of my head vibrating machine massage. Then cut my hair, lined me up, shave and trim my facial’s hair, shaped my eyebrows, hot towel and facial oil treatment and he added a very funny since of humor!   Best barber shop on the beach. PERIOD. Can’t go anywhere else and get a cut like this. Spencer is my go to barber and he cuts better than anyone I’ve ever been to in this city. A white man being able to fade an African American head; at first I was hesitant but after peeping his IG page… I trusted him. He didn’t disappoint.   Pete is truly amazing. I recommend Trust Thy Barber to everyone I know. Of all the cuts I have received in my life, he is the best. There’s a great barbershop atmosphere and you can tell these guys have passion for what they do. I went to see Gil once when Pete wasn’t available and I received the exact cut I was looking for. I highly recommend him as well. I get quite a few compliments after I get a fresh cut here, it’s absolutely worth checking out.

  I have retired to Myrtle Beach from Massachusetts recently. Trying to find a right barbershop is a difficult task. There are so many barbershops in the area. After reviewing numerous Google reviews, I selected Trust Thy Barber based on its excellent reviews plus many barbers to choose from in its location. I managed to book an only available afternoon apprentice haircut appointment in the same morning. This place is vibrant, lively, full of skillful barbers in actions as well happy patrons. The apprentice named Joe Pavone is from New York and a Yankees fan. I shall call him Broadway Joe but not to confuse with Joe Namath. I asked for a taper cut. Broadway Joe executed the cut to perfection without any supervision. I ended up getting the best haircut in last few years at very reasonable price. I highly recommend Trust Thy Barber to anyone looking for haircut.

  The owner Tommy has been cutting my hair for over a decade if that says anything!.Hes cut my mohawks and does one hell of a fade! He’s the only person Ive ever trusted to give me a haircut honestly I’ve been to a couple other spots (not gonna list names) but they never come out as good as when Tommy cuts it. His nickname should be angel hands the man does amazing work! All of his other barbers are definitely great at what they do too I see the same people in the same chairs constantly! Keep up the good work guys! By the way..the atmosphere is unbelievable as well! It’s like getting your hair cut in your buddies epic man cave!

I moved here 3 years ago and had been searching for a good barber, I tried about 10 different shops and always left disappointed in some way until I found Trust Thy Barber.   I wanted to get my sons hair cut and wanted my previous lady to cut his hair. Went in to see when she was available and was told I couldn’t call her and speak with her from a lady name Sheila. Very rude and disrespectful for someone who was not getting my business at the time. She didn’t want anyone else to get the business. This is not the way to do or take care of your work.
