3 months agoI come here 3-4 times a week. I have their membership and very convenient to my home. The location alone runs great and the new staff they brought over seem nice, since the acquisition. They just added air pumps for tires which is super awesome.
My only complains that I miss from the previous company, it was easier to add additional cars to my membership. I came in person to do it, which is how I done it on in the past, but I was told to do it on the website. Website has no way of doing it and has an inquiry page. From there I asked to add a vehicle, but I was never contacted about it. I called, but the machine said it was a 35 minute wait… F-that! I’m not waiting. I guess they won’t get more of my money.

a week agoManagers have yet to contact me regarding damage to my vehicle. I filled out paperwork, yet nothing has been done. The car wash damaged my vehicle. As I went through the car wash, it broke the eye hook on my Mercedes Benz E350.
This car wash establishment is HORRIBLE! AFTER DAMAGING MY VEHICLE THEY REFUSED TO PAY FOR DAMAGES AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT… ESPECIALLY JOSH!!!!!! WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!a month agoThe most soap suds I’ve ever seen!!!! This car wash gets it clean!!! Reasonably priced and superb quality service! Jay came around to each bay and ensured clean towels were replenished, as well as greeted customers with a smile!😁a week agoI came in today and got my car cleaned because I haven’t got a car wash in a couple months. When I showed up I was met by David who helped show me all the amenities they had then I got the wash I wanted then got helped on the track by another guy when I was vacuuming my car an employee I think his name was josh came up to me and made sure I had a good experience and I told him I was satisfied with my wash. VERY FRIENDLY employees. Recommend for sure !!5 months agoWhat an amazing experience I had because of one individual named Josh. He cares so much about his customers. Every day I see him he always greets me with a smile and a fist bump, and always asks how my day is going, and how my wife is and how our family is doing. not to mention this car wash is awesome and it would not run so smooth if it were not for Josh ! #bestofthebest #superstarcarwash

3 weeks agoNone of the spot free rinse was washing. Tried 3 different bays and none of them worked. Wasted $20 and 30 mins of my time5 months agoHow does this place have positive reviews? Good luck trying to wash your car here. It’s a circus. People bring coolers here and have parties. There are ALWAYS people blocking wash bays. People will literally park their car in a bay and wander off to go have a beer with their buddies while other cars are waiting in line. We gave up and started going to the car wash on Rosemeade.4 months agoPower washers work well, a lot of shaded areas.
UPDATE: Changing my review and downgrading the stars from 5 to 2. Like people are complaining. You can’t even wash your car here anymore. It’s a zoo with a thousand people that sit around, joke, and have a party with their friends. It used to be nice to be able to come on the weekend to wash your car. Now forget about it. People chilling there all day talking with their friends. The reason why I dropped it from 5 stars to 2 stars, 3 years ago this place was much different. You were actually able to get into the bay wash your car and leave in a timely manner.
2 weeks agoYou pull up and the fraud begins with $2 sign for a car wash only to find out on my card was charged $10. Just WOW and SAD!3 months agoUsed my Credit card to wash my car and it charge me first time 10 dollars then turned around and charge me 8 . I do not recommend using your credit card at this establishment.

Scratched my first ever “brand new car” less than 2 weeks after I bought it. So glad I paid for one individual wash before buying a membership. For $25 I’d also expect my car to be clean, but it’s not. Two stars for the “free” vacuums. Won’t be using this place again
This is The Best car wash out there. The machine clothes never leave scratches, the wash is Excellent everytime, the drying blowers are very powerful, the vacuums always work well, they provide you with drying clothes, all-purpose cleaners and window cleaner. I have had my monthly membership for over two years and will continue to renew. The Manager has Excellent Customer Service Skills. Great Job Guys !! You’ve earned my business.
I recently visited this car wash for first time. I had a coupon for a free wash but was having a hard time getting the code to show on my phone. I asked employee to help and he kept saying ” I don’t know”. He also didn’t explain the car wash options so I wasn’t sure what I was going to get. Turns out he didn’t speak English and I can’t speak Spanish. I still don’t know what car wash options are available or maybe there is only one type of car wash available?
The car wash missed parts of my car including the grill and around back license plate.
Later I figured out there is a free detailing station with towels and cleaning products. That’s a unique and nice feature of this car wash. However, I saw other customers getting their tires cleaned by employees but no one cleaned tires on my car so I wasn’t sure if I needed to pay extra for that?
The area with vacuums also did not have any cover from the sun. It would be great if there were canopies or some kind of sun shades like most car washes have.
The car wash changed owners last year . The prices have tripled and there are fancy new lights and signs. But the wash itself is still very tired and old. The wash doesn’t spray enough water on the car in the beginning to prevent scratches. The vacuums don’t have enough suction to pick up dirt. There are cables loosely strung between the vacuums for some reason. When charging a minimum of $16 for a wash you need to do more than put up a fancy new name and signs.
Been going to this location for years and although the name has changed the customer service has aways remained great! Highly recommended
