2 months agoIt seems since this establishment has been under new ownership, the level of service and attention has diminished. I used to alway get the Super Clean because of the attention and effort put into the quality of care. Now they only allow one vehicle per hour to get this service because of staffing issues. So if the vehicle in front of you got this service, you will not be allowed to get it until they finish with the car in front of you. I think I will seek other options for my car washing needs.2 months ago* I went to the car wash last week. 🙁 I do not recommend this place. This car wash has definitely gone DOWNHILL. I paid to have my car super works and they didn’t do a good job. Bad work. The male and female owners of this car wash do not speak any English at all. The previous Asian owner couple before the current owner were fluent in English, friendly, and very intelligent. The previous Asian owner couple handled customer complaints in a rational manner. Unlike before, the car wash system has collapsed at the moment. I would tell the professors working together at the same university to go elsewhere. They don’t compensate for any injuries or damages that occur to vehicles. I have been coming to this car wash for over 5 years. Now, I will be leaving for a different CANTON(membership)car wash. Worst place to take your car in baltimore. I’ll make sure you’re NEVER(X 1,000,000) recommend that particular wash to any family, friends or fellow car club members ever again.4 weeks agoI recently got my car washed here, and a scratch occurred. I saw someone manually brushing cars at the entrance of the tunnel. The place that used to be a good car wash has turned into the worst car wash in the past 1 to 2 years. It seems to be receiving negative evaluations in our local community.5 months agohave been going to this place for years. it is actually the only place I can get a general carwash where they will clean the inside and outside of the car for a reasonable price. and I am satisfied with the service. the cashiers sometimes give attitude, I have had issues in the past with the old owners, regarding my vehicle being damaged, but i have not had any issues with this business recently. good place to go even if you are out of the area9 months agoOne of the few touchless car washes around. 3 months agoI’ve been doing business with Plaza Car Wash for about a year now, and my last few scenarios have been terrible. The lack of effort the detailers put into drying the excess water around my car is poor, which leaves multiple dry spots around my car that can damage the paint. When I voice a concern to the detailer that washed my car, there’s usually a communication barrier and sometimes and I’ll receive attitude from one of them if I feel like something hasn’t been done right.a year agoThey way they take attention to detail to a whole other level here is amazing. My rims were always dirty after trying other hand wash places in Laurel, MD…but not after coming here. Everything was CLEAN, CLEAN. They even did a fabulous job with restoring cloudy headlights. The owner is a hard working and fair business owner. If you want your car done RIGHT…LOOK NO FURTHER!!a month agoVery friendly staff, they did a good job in spotless clean ..a year agoI’ve gone through a few cars over the years and there is only one place that can get it right when it comes to the minor details with getting your car PERFECTLY clean. They seem to do a great job at washing a car but when they could not figure out how to start my car. Instead of asking me, they proceed to push the start button so hard until they pushed it completely inside the dash board. Had to take it to the dealership for repair. My advise is not to go there and if you do, never let anyone drive you car or start it for any reason. Totally incompetent personnel.

I’m a dirty blue collar worker who likes to camp and get muddy with TWO HUSKIES in my Toyota Tacoma. It’s a shame I don’t have a before picture but image tumbleweeds of fluff, muddy paws and grease in a small double cab. I needed my truck cleaned up nicely for a family event and took it in for the pet hair removal and detailing for the first time in years! My truck looks brand new, you’d never know a wild pack of dogs own the back seat. Ana and Israel were the techs who worked on my truck and they need a gold freaking medal for the transformation magic they did. 100/10 recommend if you want a good clean especially for pet lovers.
Paid $22 for the wash, shine, towel dry, etc… The premium service…. here is the outcome… you decide. In my opinion, the car is cleaner, but the rims look untouched, the undercarriage isn’t great, and the spots on the side are annoying. Just expected better.
I took my Volkswagen Golf to the Canton Car Wash on Ponca Street for a Full Interior Cleaning. My car was DIRTY, after hauling building materials around for several months. The staff were very attentive and despite the busy day, started working right away. Although it did take several hours (more than their website suggests based on service selected) they kept me informed on progress and even offered their rental car so I could go get some errands done while I waited. All employees I interacted with were very kind and helpful and their manager, Freddy, was incredibly personable, professional, and a delight to work with. They called me as soon as my car was done but did not give any indication they were rushing me back to pick it up. When I returned, my car was SPOTLESS. Every corner had been addressed and it was clear they took their time to do a fantastic job. I would say the service is very reasonably priced, although this was the first time I’ve paid for detail work on a car. Will definitely be returning to Canton Car Wash in the future. Overall, a great experience and a refreshing service atmosphere to spend time in. Waiting room is comfortable and clean, with free WiFi and coffee shop if you don’t have errands to run while you wait. 🙂
I love this car wash! It is a tad on the expensive side, as in more than 8 dollars at your small town self serve, but they do a great job for what you get. Everyone is pointing out tiny missed spots on their cars but you aren’t paying for a full service auto body detail. This is in and out. If you want your car in complete immaculate condition you should pay for that service and be quiet. Overall amazing job. I love Kevin one of the supervisors he is so thorough and kind. They even have a coffee bar and couches inside for you while you wait. You can tell the staff really wants you to have a good experience.
I typically don’t use CCW, but I bit the bullet out of convenience. I just went through and purchased the platinum and interior services. My car is cleanish. They must have been careless placing the mats back in the car and there was water sprayed throughout. There are still spots on the outside, they forgot to clean a mat, and left the trunk completely untouched. I should have known better. Overpriced and subpar.
