Victora year agoI had a monthly subscription with this company. My last visit was not pleasant at all and so far my requests to discuss my incident from the on-site manager and upper management have been ignored. All I am asking is someone from the management team to contact me about vehicle damage which occurred in the car wash. I followed the directions from the attendant for lining up with the guide rail conveyor system and half way through my truck got pushed out of the system into one of the equipment poles inside. I got out of the car wash and talked with the on-site manager Christian. He took pictures of all my contact information and vehicle information. He told me he would file a report. I asked him for his contact information and he flat refused my request stating I must contact the regional manager Jeremy Clark. I have left two voicemails, a text, and called the number listed on the webpage. I have not gotten a response as of this posting.I am a reasonable person and understand accidents happen. I had my vehicle in neutral, my feet off the brakes, and my hands off the wheel as directed. I would like someone from the management team to contact me immediately to discuss what can be done to get my vehicle repaired.
I will gladly update my post if a manager will contact me about this incident. Please do not ignore your customers when there are issues. Thank you!

But, the price has gone up significantly (from $3 to $8) without any added value….it’s still a basic car wash where I have to do my own vacuuming!a year agoGood car easy and vacuums less expensive than other places Downgrading my review. Update… Taken over by a different company and prices have gone up. Basic used to be $5 now $8. The attendant was on the phone and trying to take care of me. No pre treating or scrub the bugs off the front of the car or any other tough spots. Think I’ll go elsewhere.

a month agoUsually a really nice car wash but today I went to vacuum my truck and kill some time before going to work. And a worker was here emptying the trash and he kept giving me dirty looks after I cleaned out my truck. He kept looking at me and scoffing at me for sitting in the spot. He repeatedly looked into my truck and saw me on a phone call and kept turning on the vacuum and walking away so I wouldn’t be able to hear my phone call and trying to get me to leave. There was only one other car here or else I would’ve moved.Just very childish behavior. Light brown haird male with a red t-shirt with a silver car. Wanted me to move so he could wash his own car on company time and smoke with his buddies. I come here alot but after today I will be going else were very rude service today will no longer be telling my friends to come here either. Vacuums do work, however I do not want to waste anymore money.7 months agoMost garbage self serve car wash I’ve ever been to. Sprayer has less pressure than my thumb on a garden hose, soap works when it wants and the brush is hammered where it doesn’t even work. Not to mention you get their tokens so you have to use every ounce of money you put into the machine. What a trash experience.

4/2022: I vacuumed my own car with great vacuums that REALLY sucked. And the attendant put in my money for me so the next attendant could prewash my car so a giant machine could wash my car. Pretty dope experience.
Update 8/2022: a new company owns this car wash. They no longer spray or brush your car before you enter the car wash tunnel. There’s a “bug prep station” at the entrance where you brush your own car before you enter the car wash. You have to do more work to clean your car and the cost is more, as well. It is now $8. I’ve been coming here for years and will now be taking my business to a less greedy and a more customer focused car wash, even though the cost might be more.
Very bad quality. My car still had dirt as shown in the picture however it was just dust. I complained to the crew and they refused to wash it again. I tried to call the manager, he did not pick up the phone after they informed him to expect my call. Very bad experience. Never come again so do you
The place has definitely improved in the last 2 months. I was with the original company before Clean Freak took over. The transition was rough, and the equipment was never working right, they raised prices and it became to much for my 2 cars (especially since one of them went from basic price and I used it once a month to $20 per month). I liked the service, but ended up canceling both memberships. I went in today to buy a wash and was impressed with the upgrades. Vacuum stations, air blowers to clean interior or blow off excess water, towel station with microfiber clothes (major improvement as the car always comes out super wet). The staff was great and informed me about the family plan, which I’m probably going to utilize. He was super friendly and took time to explain my options. Glad Clean Freak got these locations up to speed. Overall quick easy place to keep your car clean.
My wife and I always take our vehicles to Clean Freak Car Wash. They have great vacuum, their staff is always friendly and helpful and their prices are reasonable. If you like your car clean this is the place. Highly recommend it.
I bought an unlimited car wash pass for 20$ a week ago and when i came back to use it it was expired the girl there stole my money very unprofessional don’t buy the unlimited car wash pass unless you have a card!!
