What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This store looks trashy. The floor is nasty and dirty things are all over the floor and I watched an associate walk right around it like it wasn’t even there. So many items that are in multiple spots so you can’t tell what the price is. The big one was in lawn and garden where a stack of potter plants was marked $11 when we scanned it on the walmart.com it said $98 we went and said something to a manager. He went out there he told us that oh just the four flew off and then walked away. Then leaving the parking lot we spotted a pile of shopping carts that looked like a trash pile. We finally realized that they are covering a yellow pole stand but it could have been made to look a lot better. This store needs help

  2. This store is filthy, disorganized and an all around embarrassment. I had to use the restroom while I was there and out of the four stalls, only 3 were in operation. The handicap stall had toilet paper stuffed around the back of the toilet to control a leak. The stall I used had nothing to hang your purse on, so the only alternative was to hold it in your lap because of the water all over the floor. The sanitary napkin receptacle was overflowing and there were paper towels, toilet paper and other odds and ends littering the floor. DISGUSTING!!
The floors in the store itself look like they haven’t seen a broom or mop in ages. The shelves look as if there had been a free-for-all. You can’t find the correct price on an item because very little is actually where it should be. Seems to me that they need a different manager to make sure the staff is doing there jobs and since they’re no longer open 24 hours, maybe they can stay a little later each night and clean and organize.

  3. Ordered 4 tires, made an appointment and was out of there in an hour! James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Him and Kris were professional and did a great job. The lady who checked me out gave me detailed information on my warranty and was very friendly. I usually go to Estes Walmart but, I think it’s time for a change.

  4. Maralynn is an amazing manager she alawys talks to my daughters and I. Miss Velma is so sweet and kind all staff is great is awesome. However the online order need to be better. I would recommend picking out your own meat from the store and do the rest online. Some associates who do the online orders don’t care about the products and are just there to get a check. Half my order was not good shape.

  5. Old lady at the door decided that she was going to fish through every item in This kid’s bag in front of a group of people that were also trying to leave the store. I’ve never seen something like that at any other Walmart. Perhaps if you think somebody is stealing have loss prevention address it not in direct view of all of the rest of the customers. Absolutely clueless behavior on display By this woman.

Milk and eggs were cheap. Other than that there is a lot off off brands and other items are not really cheaper than other stores out there. You pay .25 for the cart and get 25 cents back when you return it. You pack your own bags..like bags you bring with you. Milk and eggs are cheap.

Bought a can of whipped cream along with additional groceries yesterday, only to find out that it expired on the 11 of March 2023, yet was sold to me on the 23rd of March 2023. My stomach is upset 🙁

Each week I drive to Longview about 25 miles one way to take advantage of the digital deals. The steaks that are advertised are rarely available for purchase. I was there today 6-28-23 at 8:30 a.m. and no steaks. Leaving for about 1-1/2 hours and returning, no steaks. This seems to be standard operating procedure. This has happened more times than it hasn’t. It is getting old. I may give it one more try. Not sure.

The absolute best bakery in Longview. The carrot cake is amazing! I also love the maple bacon doughnuts. I used to like Albertson’s hot and deli foods too until this evening … I stopped in for a quick supper, but the hot food box was not kept up at all. The mashed potatoes were dark brown and obviously hadn’t been stirred or changed since they were put in the hot box. The fried chicken looked so dry. the macaroni and cheese wasn’t even recognizable it looked like a mass of spider webs in a bowl. I would have taken a picture to share with you, but the gentleman behind the counter was glaring at me. I got some of the baked beans with brisket (ended up they tasted kind of old) I opted for fried chicken from the cooler that look like it might be in better condition than the fried chicken in the deli, but turned out it wasn’t. I don’t reheat chicken. I eat cold chicken cold, so it wasn’t because I did anything to it. It was already dry and hard. I’m very disappointed. Dinner was terrible tonight, smh

Since the remodel, this store is cleaner and better organized. I love shopping when they have sales. The butcher counter employees are always helpful and accommodating. It is especially helpful to use their app to save sales and coupons.

The cashier “Sarah”, older woman, was the worst!! Rudest person ever. Never looked up, HATEFUL attitude, so bad that I wanted to say something. She put all of my heavy items is the same bags, jars, cans etc. I had to double bag them myself to make sure they didnt tear from the weight. Tossed my groceries in the bags then tossed them into the counter. Chunked my bread on the counter. She has no business working in the public.

Was my fav store, but as summer came, I can’t even walk in without being utterly miserably cold. Unless I want to wear a parka. I brought a thermometer today out of frustration, it was 51 degrees. That’s unreal and unfair to the customers. I’m done shopping here. And don’t tell me it’s for the workers, they were all in jackets!
