  1. Good place to shop. But the customer service is really slow. I just wanted to get a money order and had to wait for half hour. There are 4 counters for customer service but only 1 had someone working with a long line waiting for service. The only counter that was open had no rush at all to make sure everyone gets speedy service.

    If you need decent customer service, this is not a place to go

  2. This review is only for the pharmacy. I was at the counter today and was told I had to go to the back of the line when there wasn’t a line when I went to the counter. I always follow the rules but go to the counter when no one else is there since I’ve been overlooked in the past. Very rude behavior from the people that work there. I explained to her there was nobody there when I went to the counter but that didn’t matter to to the personal. I won’t be getting any thing from there again. What happened to customer service?

  3. Pickup was ridiculous. Ordered the item, said it would be ready after 11, we arrived after 11 and it’s delayed…guy tells me not sure what to tell ya you can cancel it or come back in a day or two…I ended up cancelling the order and going in and getting it myself which was fine but the runaround over one item for pickup was ridiculous. Why are you guys even doing pick-up orders, clearly you need the staff indoors.

Went to return ear bud putty cleaner, we used 2 to know if it would even work. once it didn’t, we brought it back to return it. the lady popped an attitude when she opened it and saw that two were missing. and she said “you expect me to give you a full return when i don’t have the full product.” and continued to speak after we left and said “unbelievable”. im sorry, it doesn’t work, we don’t want to waste our money or throw it away. maybe she doesn’t need to be with customer service if she doesn’t know how to service customers properly.

    The last several times I have shopped here, there have only been a couple checkout lanes open, causing very long checkout times. This visit has been especially ridiculous, with only one lane open and one employee monitoring self checkout. The employees were working hard, but clearly this location is understaffed. Waiting to checkout takes longer than shopping. With so many other grocery options in the area, I won’t be coming back here.

    During self check out, purple color haired lady with lip piercings overlooking the self check out area came running saying we didn’t scan a lint roller while we were in the middle of scanning. She was loudly saying we didn’t scan the lint roller and then my friend pointed out the lint roller charge on the screen. She was being super friendly with the other customers and it makes me wonder if the color of our skin was too brown. There’s many ways to check this without being rude, she could’ve just walked up to us and asked us or checked our receipt on the way out and ask about lint rollers, there’s many ways to go about it. 250$ worth of groceries and you think we’ll steal a 4$ lint roller, okay. Not coming back here again.

    I love Meijer stores! They have everything you could possibly want! Most impressive recycle center I’ve seen. SUPER SUPER CLEAN!!! Nice job guys. Your area should be the staple recycle center for all Meijers. 🤘♻

    Great place they just need to keep things stocked and the lady working the meat department rude as ever. I’m sorry if she doesn’t want to be there, don’t make a paying customer have to deal with that. I kept quiet still spent 160 dollars in meat that day but only because the manager helped me. She was rude as ever!!!!!

    On a Saturday visit to the pharmacy for flu and COVID-19 booster vaccination, there were three techs and the head pharmacist on-site. My appointment was quick after some paperwork. Got in and out within 15 mins in the afternoon. It’s clean and tidy. Will be going back.

    Sick of this Meijer. Everything is set up so stupid, the grocery’s wrap around the entire store. Freezer on one side, dry stuff on one, and fresh stuff on another. Also bought some half and half and went straight home with it, used it the next morning and noticed it was spoiled. The package was bloating. It had tons of curdled chunks all in my coffee. Wasn’t supposed to expire until August, completely unopened. Definitely someone screwed up somewhere.

    I received excellent customer service from Luz Rivera in the Bakery today at this Meijer’s location!! She let me sample one of their freshly baked Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and they were sooooo good I ended up buying 3 packages of them (2 for myself, and 1 for someone else)!! Great job, Luz!! Keep up the good work!!

    The self checkout needs to include more cash registers as a top priority. The store itself is fine, but the lines for self checkout are backed up across the store some days, and several other cash registers aren’t even in use. I’ve seen other Mejier locations throughout the state address this situation. This location needs to do the same.
