a week agoWe were so hungry. Drive thru was quick and worker very pleasant and helpful. Food hot and fresh. We even got butter and honey for our biscuits. That never happens! Prices sure did go up! Thank you.4 weeks agoReal good store. Tyler made sure I got water while waiting on a delivery. Told me I could have anything to drink. Was quick to ask the name of my order. Wait time was minimal.2 months agoI ordered the $20 Fill Up box and, when I got home, there was none of the chicken. I had the chicken nuggets, biscuits, and fries (wrong sauces), but the 4 pieces of chicken were missing. There were grease spots on the box’s that look like there was chicken in there and then taken out. That’s literally the meal part, so I had to get out to get more food elsewhere (not KFC)To top it off, KFC doesn’t seem to have representatives on their 1-800 line on the weekend, so I couldn’t get this resolved right away and making this an issue for more than one day.
I’ll gladly update this review when I get my order refunded
2 weeks agoI live very close to the KFC on Baseline and Dobson. The last five times I’ve been there they never have what I want available. It’s always a 12-20 minute wait. I’ve been seeing commercials for the new spicy wings. I called in advance and was told they had some ready. I got there 5 minutes later and was told sorry we don’t have any. They didn’t even let me know how soon they could have them ready. So disappointed.a year agoOrder pot pie. They said it was the last one. Asked how long had it been sitting. Said it was good. Trusted that. Got home… not edible. Cannot get them to answer the phone… live a long way from that location

a week agoThe fried chicken skin is dark and super brown, not as fresh yellow as usual, maybe using used oil to fryThe chicken skin still has a lot of oil left behind, making them very harsh in the throat after swallowing
If i know kfc has bad food from now on, i will buy churchs chicken or fried chicken in any super markets such as walmart or safeway with super cheaper prices.
7 months agoI went to the drive thru to get dinner for my family and in one of the boxes of chicken I had this nice little surprise.. how gross. I’m pretty sure the heath board doesn’t agree with chewing gum in a food establishment. Not to mention the chicken wasn’t completely cooked thru on our other meal so I’m glad I didn’t eat these.4 months agoWent through drive thru and ordered an 8 piece mixed original chicken bucket. It was $20 and it was dark brown in color, a couple pieces seemed spicy compared to the other burnt up pieces very dried out and obviously not fresh. Never had a bad experience with KFC until last night. Very disappointed. Can I have some fresh chicken? I paid cash and didn’t even check for a receipt because I have never needed to always awesome chicken. Can I please have some fresh chicken?a month agoKfc is a joke especially this location on university and alma school I irder chicken tenders and chicken sandwhich tell them I want ranch in drive thru lady says no problem pull around out front and we will bring you your food I was only person in line why I needed to pull around is beyond me but I did then they bring me my food no ranch so I pull back thru cause they are still dead tell her I didn’t get ranch for my tenders and aandwhich and she says it will be .85 cents ok why didn’t she charge me for it when I said it and why am I paying for sauce I got tenders and a sandwhich they should come with at least one each nope we charge she says rude as hell I said why didn’t she charge me when I asked oh I don’t know but we charge ok well now u lost a customer when u buys chicken anywhere else u don’t pay for sauce unless it’s an extra sauce on top of what they allow why am I paying for a sauce that should come with my damn food in the first place they are rude at this location and make no sense I goto the one by my house on ther side of town they give me all the sauce I need no cost this is a scam and a joke of a location don’t go here absolutely the worst service I have ever had and will never go to this location again no wonder everytime I pass there dead learn how to run a location2 months agoBun was soggy/wet. Waited for probably 4 minutes till someone actually noticed customers waiting to order. Fries looked burnt, but tasted fine. I haven’t been here so much, but this is the only bad experience I had so far. The rest were average as I remember

Can I give this place a negative 5 star rating? Did the drive-thru, they had us pull around to the front door…15+ minutes later my wife went in to wait at the counter till somebody came. Our order (partly right) was just sitting there getting cold, we definitely will not be coming back to this place.
Odd looking slaw but what do I know.
A $50 mushy mess of whatever the heck this was… First off the staff were fine – no complaints. The food on the other hand….terrible. Seems to me KFC just keeps getting worse. Everything was soggy (especially the “crispy” chicken), the skin was 1/2 off in piles everything and had about 10x more salt than necessary and the whole meal was luke warm. We live 3miles away, so this is unacceptable. Disgusting – not sure how KFC survives anymore when Popeye’s seems to get it right every time. What a rip off.
Don’t Waste your time and money. Total failure. Order-taker was rudely and dismissively short; not bothering to make sure order was right or give me a total. After pulling up to the window, had to re-order to a different cashier since the first apparently didn’t even put it in. After even messing up drink order and parking me for way too long, got my food to see it just messily thrown thrown together.
Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and received a Classic instead. The only thing spicy was the Aioli.
Secondly, they advertise “Made Fresh” and I watched him pull it from a drawer.. Very disappointed in the food but the service was great. I wish I would have got the gentleman’s name.
Then there is the cups and straws. They use the cheapest materials possible… Do Not hold the cup from the top, it will collapse and spill everywhere.
Did a online take out order. The web site said it would be ready by 3:45pm. I showed up up around 3:45 and they said nothing was ready and it would be at least a 1/2 hour for service. I then looked into the kitchen and seen the dirtiest kitchen I have ever seen. Old food all over the counters, equipment and floors. No workers were wearing gloves. It was so bad that I told them to cancel my order. They said I had to call a number to do this. I called and KFC did cancel. I went to this same store several years ago and had similar problems. Stay clear of this KFC!!
