Today was horrible. My target red debit card was having issues being read by the card reader. Asked the elderly lady they had working self checkout today around 3-3:30pm. She said nothing I can to help. Didn’t even try to help me out. So, I decided to try and figure it out myself, which I did no thanks to her. All I did was hit cancel go all the way back to cart screen and hit the pay button again to bring the card reader back up. Guess what it worked!! You might want to train your employees a lil bit on how to help and not be dismissive of a customer. Couldn’t even pull up the my wallet in the Target app, because too many people are in the store, which makes cell apps way slower sometimes.
I must recognize Ms Kimberly G. and Mr Willie at the Baton Rouge LA Siegen Lane location – they provided excellent customer service when I had a return the day after Christmas. They both went above and beyond to help me find replacement items that were damaged in my online pickup order. Excellent employees!
I attempted to call this store 11 TIMES, and never got an answer once. I even tried different departments just to see if I could get an answer from anyone and I was disconnected every time. Absolutely ridiculous that not a single person in any department can answer a phone call
Rude employee at self checkout!! Barked at my sister to come over to take off the security tag treating us like we’re incompetent. Rude tone of voice and not friendly at all. Yelling “Ma’am!!! MA’AMM!! Repeatedly while expecting us to understand she was talking to us. It doesn’t take much to approach us and offer nicely to take off the security tag. We would’ve have been grateful and said thank you.
Just bought this Bai drink from the store yesterday (05/20/2023) near the self checkout area. Expired on July 23rd 2022. Accidentally consumed some of it without realizing the date. Granted I know I should have checked the date before purchasing, but I was in a rush. Attempted to reach out to the store multiple times concerning this incident. No answer from any departments. Had to call national customer relations phone number to resolve the matter. If you’re shopping at this store PLEASE check your dates. How did this even stay on the shelf this long? Wow.
