4 months agoAfrican female staff yelled repeatedly at a customer at customer service for what? It is annoying to see this keeps happening in 2023 and in America. Sorry, we still can’t hear you clearly, but please speak louder and repeat more times for the rest of us at the store; we want to know the tea and learn from your customer service attitude. Feel bad for that kid.2 months agoI’ve been standing here for since 740. It is now 752. Why am I standing here waiting for them to clean the men’s bathroom at not even 8 o’clock in the morning, when it should have been cleaned last night, or before opening?6 months agoThe best Kroger and grocery shopping in town. Very clean and well kept. The store is run very well, everything being fresh. Parking however can become full on the weekends but then again so does any parking in beachwood/alps shopping centers.a month agoThis store used to have great customer service. Current management is terrible and it reflects all the way down the line.

2 months agoYour typical Kroger but shockingly dirty restrooms. The one by the Starbucks was discusting and the baby changer was broken. Please improve, it’s hard to feel confident about purchasing food in a place where the sanitation is so bad.a month agoUnfortunately, all of the good employees get stolen by Publix or leftI went to this evening to pick up some flowers for my wife, as well as some other things. when I asked for assistance from the CSM on another matter, she was extremely unhelpful. I understand that she may not like her job, however, expressing that to a customer, when being rude to them, seems hardly the way to improve morale at work for the coworkers who work underneath her and with her.
2 months agoWorst day I ever had her. . I never had a situation here untill today where I needed to manually punch my card number in untill I received a new one. I was then asked if I had my physical Identification card to prove that the card in my phone match my identity… from there I was told No. Because I didn’t have no card, my card service states in my policy that on my personal card app I could use it to make purchase but (Kroger) do not electricity pay but they do offer manually…. Only if you have a card to prove it can’t be swiped..in which I did and still was refused service even tho my order had been bagged up and ready to go home with me, when Kroger manager told me to leave and go to another store that will do manually… I have never been disrespected by a manager Ever!!! When I’m the customer… yes they do have the option to let you type manually but I was refused service. Krogers has the best prices for me and my kids to where I couldn’t get all the things I needed do to other stores being way more in prices/not alot of deals like kroger… I Pray for that Manger, you did not achieve this potion today instead you treated a well maintained shopper at Kroger with disrespect and no dignity. Yes I did go else where but again I wasn’t able to get it all …. Like all I Had in my buggy at Kroger lol. 👍a month agoNot just the worst Kroger, probably the worst super market in Athens. Dirty, rarely ever well-stocked even during slower summer months. I avoid it at all costs.3 weeks agoOLD store. Not up to current/modern Kroger standards. Pleasant workers and in a nice location. I hope they update this location in the near future.

I love shopping here as I always save a great deal on groceries, etc. I use the Kroger app, digital coupons, fuel points, plus everyday savings from my rewards card. This is a great store with courteous, professional employees. Love it!
Their bathrooms always need attention. They looked fully staffed with plenty of personnel just standing around, so there is no excuse.
Convenient and love earning fuel points. Disappointed that you can’t do the survey every 7 days even without a receipt like they used to let you do. Earning fuel points makes a big difference with the way fuel prices are now.
The place is nice and clean. But the best part was Andrew in SCO helping out all the customers. Big thank you to Andrew for being very helpful, friendly and professional. Deserves a promotion for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
