3 months agoTwo levels with access via escalator or elevator. Upper level you can enter through the parking 🅿️ lot. Lower level you have access to the Mall. Upper level is men’s and boys clothing plus beds and carpets. Lower level is women’s clothing and perfume and make-up and ⌚ watches, both men and women, and jewelry. Probably young girls clothes. Looks nice inside. Saw some nice shirts but I’m all set. Best time to make purchases is during the sales. Toy’s -R-Us section available.a month agoTHIS IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Macy’s is the worst I’ve never had such a terrible experience. They run there company so weird and customer service is of no help I’ve had a whole month of trying to get a refund on a pair of shoes I never received mind you it was going to this store!!! they will not compensate for anything or take accountability when the problem was on there end and then charge me again instead of issuing my refund and then they tell me they were ready for pick up mind you I live an hour away from macys!!!! and guess what no they were not and I just get told again they will issue another refund? So lm now out time money shoes and patience. they were ordered as a FATHERS DAY GIFT so thanks for ruining that for me too and paid for express shipping but then when I tell them everything’s going on you tell me your sorry and u want to give me a 20$ gift card to a store I will never be shopping at again. Good news did people who shop a lot of good deals where you get good quality at the same time great price for the stuff you buy.. Garments to Electronics to Kitchen utensils 🍴 and toys 🧸a month agoThe men’s clothing section was just horrible. Clothes on the floor and piled, unfolded on display tables, Shoes everywhere scratched up and their boxes on the floor. Stains on the carpet, garage laying around, and the employees in that section just talking to each other, oblivious.

a week agoI had a very bad experience at this store. I had lot of items, I agree as I did my back to school shopping. However the billing associate got very annoyed and if tag was missing, she started billing me the full price for a similar item . I realized this after 3-4 items as I had pulled some items from 50% off items. When I pointed out this, she started putting items without a tag behind her saying she cannot sell them to me. We are all aware missing price tags is not a customers fault and sometimes when you find things you like, you might oversee tag is missing. This was a store I regularly used to visit, but now m scared if they will make up prices and I might oversee this.3 months agoI went there looking for a shirt and slacks for an upcoming wedding. I found that they were very limited on size and when I did find one that appeared to be my size I would have had to unwrap the shirt from the packaging. I ended up trying on shirts from the hanging selection in my size to attempt to see if I’m close. If I’m paying nearly $100 for a shirt I think I’d have been able to try it on. We then looked at luggage and most was marked on sale but not a single price was shown on any of the items. I don’t need to play the guessing game for luggage. We had a budget and couldn’t even begin to search. There was staff asking if we need help but I didn’t feel comfortable asking on every piece displayed.3 months agoWas not allowed to return two pairs of ray ban wayfarer that was returned in the same condition it was bought two weeks prior. They were neither used nor dropped or scratched. Store stated that it have specs that was not visible to us after wiping it with dirty microfiber towel for few minutes. Product was bought at sunglass hut in Macys two weeks ago from display after confirming their return policy. Was told it could be returned anywhere within 30 days. Called Macys but was told to go to store since it was not bought online. Rip off and fraudulent return policy since they stated same reason for both pairs. Ironic that they advertise easy return policy in their counter. Bought on May 13th..tried to rerun on June 1 and 2nd. Will file dispute with credit card since our attempt to return failed.5 months agoIs terrible rude lady. This was near the end of the pandemic and I wasn’t wearing a mask and this old lady that was working there threatened to call security and kick me out as I was just trying to go to the bathroom. I feel like I was being discriminated against and at the time it wasn’t even enforced it was recommended but she kept making me feel degraded because I wasn’t wearing a mask which was absolutely wrong and not in her jurisdiction of her job to do so.3 months agoCharbel, was very helpful in helping me finding my watch. He was enthusiastic and very pleasant to deal with. He made my shopping experience a pleasant one.

My last visit was met with a very rude cashier – Mary. That accounts for the score. She was unrepentant. On the past. I liked it more and the service was much better.
All it takes is one rotten apple to place me in this position and she did.
Otherwise, the rating would be higher. They have a nice collection of clothes and beauty products. The costs vary. The sales are generally good and frequent.
But Mary left me anxious and uncomfortable. She should be terminated.
Notably Macy’s does not respond.
I was there yesterday, and it was reasonably busy especially in beauty products customer service. Having criticized before, I have also been treated well by others.
I thought I would add some attractive pictures.
Only few minutes away from where we live, this place has everything except for the Macys backstage ( but again I never find good stuffs there anyway )
I love the atmosphere here and their selections are awesome. They hired older adult as a cashier. They are very helpful and loving. Sometimes few of them are grumpy – even that reminds me of my own grandparents so that helps.
Normally I love this Macy’s but not when I went there this past Saturday I stood around for 20 minutes while I was being ignored bully the ladies working cosmetics when normally they can’t help me fast enough but I was looked at directly and walked past multiple times and noone even asked me to hold on a moment as the continued doing nothing but ignoring me standing around I felt like I was a problem it like I was not welcomed so I left and gave the money I was gonna spend there I spent it at a whole other store that was right in the mall. If u are going to treat me like I’m a nobody then nobody gets commission off my sale because I did intend on buying 3 Dior items but I took my business elsewhere
Tried to check gift card balance online, there is an approx 25-30 digit number below the barcode, only 15-17 digits get accepted. Still doesn’t show the balance. Called the number on the card, the automated voice doesn’t even wait till we enter the whole number. Then asks us to wait for a rep.
The process of checking a gift card balance online is not user friendly. It shows many digits below the barcode but does not accommodate the entire number in the text field. Called the number but it directs to a representative. Took too long with no answer.
