    A well earned 5 stars — should be more like 10 stars for everything that we have been through together. It took almost 2 years to find a home given the wild extremely tough market but I had the best realtor! My realtor, Kristen Petri, was completely patient and supportive through the entire process – she always acted in my best interest, and she even saved me in one particular sticky situation. I definitely recommend Kristen and everyone at Cliff Lewis Realty — they get the job done, they protect you, and they stick with you!! I am very thankful. Kristen found me a wonderful home. The closing was great, with an atmosphere of celebration! 🙂

    STAY AWAY!!!!!! The worst place to do business with especially if you are renting from this company. They leave details out and then tell you about them once you have already signed your lease to me that is entrapment they take advantage of the elderly!!! For example I was not told that my unit was non-smoking and did not come with a certain appliance. After my lease was signed then that’s when I was informed about that. They do not return your message until weeks later if that. They Never answer their phone. They will try and turn things around to make it seem your fault. I waited over a month to receive my deposit check which was for less then I was owed. I can write so much more but I will leave it like this for now. STAY AWAY!!!!!

    My family and I submitted a rental application to Giraldo Real Estate Group in January 2023. No one from Giraldo Real Estate Group contacted us regarding our application. We contacted their front office several times to speak to someone regarding our application. We finally got in contact with someone who told us the the property we submitted the application for was rented to someone else. It is very frustrating to pay an application fee for several adults and then no one communicates with you regarding your application. I would never refer anyone to them. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

    Was shown a property two weeks ago, I liked the property and they told me I was able to pay $35 for an application in person via cash app and to apply online and my information will be sent out to the renter. They never did my application. Nobody has once attempted to reach out to me in regard of the status of my application and took someone 3 days to finally answer my call. Once my call was answered they tried to tell me they never ran my application. Since then said I would have to resend all my information to a different email of a young lady. I did that as well then they went another 4 days without contacting me and not answering their phone. Do not bother with this company they are very unprofessional, lack communication, and scam people out for their application fees.

    I started working with Megan (Megan Toll) more than a year ago when our relocation plans to North Carolina were just being evaluated and still in the far future. Megan since day one, was always ready to help and advised us with our best interest in mind. When the relocation plans were firm, and the house was ready to be put on the market, Megan provided all the necessary support (marketing, professional picture taking, etc) which led to a successful sale of our house in West Chester.
