3 months agoVlad, working in the Men’s department was extremely helpful and has very good taste. He helped me pick out my suit for my sister’s wedding, and I am pleased with the outcome. He was friendly and patient4 months agoWe have a Gala fundraiser coming up this weekend and I needed some dress clothes. Macy’s was the place and by far the best price. I would have given 5 stars if they had the coat to match but hopefully I can find it online somewhere.a year agoVery nice store, clean. Awesome staff, great attitudes, very willing to help. Christmas decorating was will done! Love it.7 months agoAllora was amazing, she was very attentive, courteous and friendly. She went as far as stopping me on the way out to ensure that the representative she passed me off to, (that was more knowledgeable on Jerseys) was able to get me taken care of… And when I told her no, that the jersey isn’t available in my size, she took down my name and number so she could consult with someone that could possibly help me. Truly excellent customer service, a gem to find now days.6 months agoA.J. in the bedding department is amazing. I needed to do a return and I asked where the customer service desk was. When he said he could help me here ( That was awesome, because I can’t walk to far ) A.J. didn’t know that I couldn’t though. For some reason, I get anxiety during getting rang up or doing a return. A.J. was so calm and relaxed and I can’t thank him enough for his excellent customer service with me. This made my shopping experience so much smoother for me.

3 months agoPicked up a suit here for a fundraiser in Coeur d’Alene idaho. I was pleasantly surprised with their selection. I found mostly what I was looking for except for the coat. Neither stores in Spokane or Coeur d’Alene have it. I hope I can find it online. So in a nutshell if you’re looking for a suit Macy’s may have it. Go take a look. If I can find the coat to my suit, I will edit this review to 5 stars.7 months agoWas really surprised to find cute and well designed prom dresses at under $200. Macys is well know for really good quality of clothes, but this time the knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be going back for more dress shopping.WELL DONE CDA MACY’S
2 months agoThe sales reps were amazing in the beauty department. They were very helpful, and it was actually fun finding the fragrance and makeup I needed. The shoe department rep was not really helpful. I did find what I needed, and he jumped in at the end and became more attentive at that point. All in all, I love this Macy’s store and shop there often. They are friendly and professional in assisting their shoppers.2 months agoNeeded a spot to park my trailer. Parked, walked in and spoke to the Manager. Asked permission, she confirmed it with mall security. No problem. Dropped trailer. Went next morning to retrieve my trailer. ^5 to Jennifer. I loved my Macy’s in Texas so pretty sad to say that my interactions here have been subpar.

This is a NICE Macy’s. Multiple entrances attached to parking, dedicated At Your Service counter for online orders and returns, Finishline, Backstage, FAO Schwartz toys – this is truly a top tier Macy’s. Second floor has extensive home section including mattresses, high end towels and linens. I arrived just after opening on Sunday and employees could be seen organizing and tidying up, but there were plenty of sales associates available to ring up customers and the line to return items was short and moved quickly. Great experience and will definitely be back!!
Back again to return more items. Sunday evening and parking wasn’t bad, two people in front of me in line for At Your Service. Manager and associate working the counter were friendly and efficient.
Jody in women’s department was so excellent. Thank you. Today it seems as if customer service has lost its personality; cashiers don’t smile or engage in small talk. Jody was the only sales rep that day that I saw being human.
Enjoy the selection of quality items throughout the store. Not a big fan of the discount section they recently opened, which has the wrong vibe for Macy’s. There is nothing wrong with markdowns, but it feels more like a discount retailer with items not regularly found in their usual inventory.
Stopped in to see blankets-specifically blanket with a 2″ Satin Edging.
An Irish 50 Something Red Head Spitfire named KERRY new EXACTLY what I was looking for & stated check back in September.
