3 weeks agoExcellent dress department! I purchased both a rehearsal dinner dress and Mother of Groom dress here today. Huge selection of styles, colors and sizes. Purchased earrings, shoes and shapewear all in one place. All of the associates I dealt with were extremely nice! The dress department here had way more of a selection of cocktail/formal dresses than Ross Park. Glad I made the trip to Robinson Mall!a week agoKaye in the Ralph Lauren Mens helped me find a very nice sweater at a great price. She was extremely helpful and a very pleasant personality. Robinson location. Pat on the back. Excellent service.in the last weekWhen Macy’s moved into the old Kaufmann’s store in downtown, an iconic retailer was no more. Now Macy’s dominates the in-person shopping spectrum at malls and urban city streets. But go into their men’s department on a Saturday in early September and prepare for a local employee sales blitz and attitude check needed environment all because I did not use the precious Macy’s credit card. I bought three expensive ties and when I checked out the female employee harassed me on why I did not have a Macy’s reward card. I told her I get enough rewards i did not need Macy’s rewards. She then proceeded to take the ties and instead of wrapping them individually in protective paper, she threw them into a bag and rung me out. I spent $108 there and when I checked the bag the ties where going every direction and twisted etc….I immediately stopped went back to the register on the other side and pulled the ties out, laid them flat and then tiered them ontop of each other and gently laid them into the bag. I walked out of the store then. No need for a Macy’s reward card now….a bad day selling to the public does not mean a new customer should take the blunt of the end of the work day anxieties.2 months agoThey have a nice jewelry collection and I went in today to get good quality gold jewelry while on a budget. The salesman was extremely somber, impatient and not quite helpful. He seemed rather angry. I must not have been worth “his time”. I would’ve actually bought something more expensive had he not been so impatient. Treat your customers well no matter how you perceive them based on their appearance.3 months agoDon’t tell my husband I was here! I actually used the ladies lounge. Very clean, well lit excellent counter space for me to use to freshen up before heading out to meet my cousin. I did appreciate the fact that there were exits all over the store. This helped me avoid passing 2 of my biggest weaknesses shoes and sunglasses. If I am ever at the mall again I will most likely return to this fabulous place.

5 months agoMy wife and I have had two wonderful experiences with Macy’s Furniture in the past few months and our excellent sales associate, Marty Johnson. Macy’s selection was plentiful and the display made it easy to “see” the items in our home. We bought a leather chair and sofa for our living room and liked them so much that a few months later we got the same sofa in a different color along with a power recliner for our family room. We didn’t have to wait long and Marty was so personable and thorough each time, making sure we got the best price and best delivery, and checking in with us after the sale to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Marty Johnson and Macy’s furniture!a year agoNice store to visit. I was at the Macys Ross Park Mall. The deals weren’t the best but it’s all about shopping arounda year agoDO NOT SHOP AT MACY’S FURNITURE – DELAYS IN DELIVERIES OF 9+ MONTHSWe ordered a couch from this store for our living room and it has been delayed month over month for 9 months. We ordered the couch in December 2021 and we still have no idea when it will be delivered!
We’ve been unable to plan events or entertain friends and family at our house and we’re beginning to lose all faith that our order will be delivered by the dates stated in the automated delay notices that we continue to receive each month.
Macy’s Customer Service has been no help. We understand that delays come from the manufacturer and that Macy’s is not directly responsible for the delays in the supply chain; however, this is Macy’s vendor that Macy’s chooses to do business with and Macy’s is doing nothing to help their customers.
This experience with Macy’s has been unacceptable and nothing short of disappointing to this point. We could not recommend anyone to shop at Macy’s Furniture in fear that they would have a similar customer experience similar to ours.
2 years agoThe delivery date was pushed out 3 different times. We were initially promised the furniture to arrive 2 months from our original purchase. Now the expected delivery date is 7 months from our original purchase.Poor customer service experience in addition the the overall poor purchasing experience.
We decided to cancel the order and buy from somewhere else.
2 years agoShopping for a couch, Marty greeted me at the door, explained where everything was that I was interested in and told me to come get him if I needed anything. My kind of sales person, friendly, attentive but not too attentive, and not at all pushy. I did buy a couch, don’t have it yet but my experience with the store and Marty was very good.

Very friendly staff at the fine jewelery counter and Macy’s Backstage! Very personable and down-to-earth individuals! I love the jewelry selection that was available and the selection of marked down items at Backstage. Very affordable and something for everyone! There were plenty sales to take the price down even further. I was impressed with the huge discounts. The only downfall was the lack of plus size clothing.
It was okay. Maybe 4.3 stars. Got plus size jeans here. Some good sale prices, and others omg no. $80 $100 or more I am not paying for ONE pair of jeans. Got 3 pairs, with one on sale 40% off. Total $125 for 3 pairs. Prices could be better.
Found the perfect prom dress for our daughter at an amazing price! Great selection of styles, colors and sizes! Much better than the specialty stores she had been to.
Went to look for a dress for the weekend with the memorial day sale and had such a great time! Tried on what felt like about 100 dresses because there were so many great choices and ending up narrowing down to 7 in the end after numerous times putting a prior dress on again and again to see which I liked best! So as imagined, I ended up with 3 dresses instead of just one! So so pleased with my shopping experience at Macy’s this weekend.
Loved this Macy’s. Nice atmosphere. Friendly workers. I was greeted immediately upon entering. Very nice place.
