This Macy’s store is located in the greenbrier mall which is located in the heart of greenbrier at 1401 greenbrier parkway chesapeake Virginia 23320 and is one of the big retail departmental store in the greenbrier mall . We are shopping from this store more than two decades specially clothes, kitchen ware, home essential goods for beds , suite cases, perfume and toys etc reason they got affordable prices and durable and there is always some items on sale. This trip bought clothes and toys for kids , they got brand name items and new fashion. The store got two stories bottom floor got children clothes, toys, kitchen accessories, bedding, mattress, travel accessories some shoes etc . On the upper floor this store is mainly divided in two sections menswear, shoes and womenswear’s and accessories including shoes, hand bags , sunglasses and a big section of different brand perfumes. All kinds clothes are there including new arrivals. Store is very clean and well organized,customer service is excellent. Sections are divided in such a way customer usually don’t need any help to check prices , price check facility is in the store where customer can easily check prices. We love to shop here because so many choices according to the budget.
The selection of clothing for adults is pretty good, however the boys section lacked luster. After walking through the entire top floor of the store and seeing zero signs directing one to a young men’s section, we began looking for a store associate, and none were found except at the registers.
I find it hard to believe that management takes care of employees as if they had, I would not have been lost and looking for a part of the store that was not very well labeled
It had 2 floors the second floor was crammed with men and women clothing, shoes and beauty with small selections of each. The first floor was also crammed it had bedding, housewares, children and last act. Each dept. was quite small but well organized. I was hoping to find pj’s, robes and spanx they didn’t have anything I was looking for. We did manage to find some bargains.
First time in this store. Venable (not sure if I spelled his name correctly), in the Men’s department excelled in customer service and was very helpful. The same could not be said for the Men’s fragrance counter where we waited for over 15 minutes for assistance, even after being told someone would be right with us. We left without being waited on and the store lost a $100+ sale. Very nice store and some good sales but need more sales associates like the one in the Men’s department.
I had the hardest time trying to find certain brands of items that I wear. I had 2 items that would not ring up and I was unable to purchase. the clerk was unable to find a mgr that could help . the items were priced but the SKU would not scan
