2 months agoEmployees don’t care about customer service, floor employees treat everybody like thieves and makes shopping environment uncomfortable- Lil Maria as the cashier refer to her. I tried to report to the cashier and they didn’t acknowledge it. I told the Loss Prevention Employee who seemed to be in charge and she laughed in my face and told me to “Have a nice day”. Management needs to step it up and consider a customer service re training.Bad shopping experience.
5 months agoI swear, the only time this place is friendly is when you walk through the door and everybody shouts “WELCOME TO ROSS!!!” It’s Sad to say that I think their only focus is catching shoplifters. While I was here they made some homeless chick empty out her bag and they handled that professionally. But after she left they threw her down to the gutter (mediphorically speaking). I must have heard the F-word come out of an associates mouth at least 20 times. One customer in line even cringed. I don’t know who I felt more sorry for, the homeless girl or the associate.6 months agoI’ve been coming here for years, and I do get bad and have good experience. Haven’t been here since before the pandemic and the store is spacey as they moved some stuff now. If you’re lucky, you can find some good items. There’s even a amazon pickup now.Staff is OK, but must they put everything in one bag??? We can’t take out the carts, but since mom’s disabled I have to be the one carrying the heavy lifting, as well as multiple bags especially since it’s seniors day.
Not every senior has someone with them.
3 weeks agoShoes suck and they come apart one week after you buy them..but if you accidentally had a wardrobe malfunction than you can always bet they have clothes on sale.6 months agoToday we had a bad experience, Customer service was horrible , her name is Desiree I asked for her name she did not want to give it to me , I ask her again. She told me her name is Desiree., she threw my card with attitude in front of my mom and daughter,To make long story short, I spoke with the manager. hopefully, she can speak with Desiree to be better customer service.

4 weeks agowalked and was greeted by the security officer, very pleasant gentleman and friendly. however Tori, the customer service representative has a very bland demeanor. no greeting and no ‘thank you’ for simply shopping and purchasing items. it made the whole experience that started off great, very disappointing. found great outfit and great experience with security guard. Tori can do better.3 months agoCheap and affordable merchandise. Careful outside in the parking lot alot homeless and such breaking into cars and harassing people. Security is there, but there are asleep in their cars doing nothing3 months agoThis Ross was really organized and neat, I bought 2 dresses, 1shirt for hubby, 1 pair of sandals, 1 sun visor for my car plus 1 bra all for only $72.00 ???? plus everyone was friendly.7 months agoI go to this Ross as much as I can but can never find anything of worth sadly. Parking is great and the staff is friendly enough. I love their hours since they open early enough in the morning to beat the sun when its hot out. I don’t like how they have rearranged their shirt and jacket sections, but I have found a couple nice pair of shoes here before and some cologne when I’m on the run. I have found some of my favorite brand of jeans here before but its rare, worth a look though.3 months agoLove the prices found me a dress for my son’s wedding for such a reasonable price I couldn’t even pass it up in the color that I needed and found me other things that I needed including things from my husband’s birthday

It was actually very nice very organized and put together compared to some of the other ones I’ve been to I also like the fact that I didn’t get followed around by floor Walkers my whole time there like at all the other stores.
The store has wide selection of home decor, shoes, clothing and gadgets at great prices. I found nice laundry basket and bathroom carpet at great deal. Very clean store and super helpful staff.
I have no reason why I gave this store a second chance after the first time, but that’s what I get for giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have tried to spend a gift card I received. The location was open for business, but for whatever reason, they roped off the entrance and had an employee speed through a rehearsed speech, I didn’t understand, so I turned around and left. This happened both times and I’m so annoyed that it happened twice. If I didn’t have a gift card I would never give Ross a second thought. I’m tempted to just trash the gift card entirely. I wouldn’t regift it to an enemy. Don’t give this location your business unless you want unnecessary problems.
