I was able to use my star rewards in addition to the markdown,4 years agoI love macys is very fantastic store U get deal Im visit this store alota week agoMost of the people in customer service are nice. I like to buy some of my jewelry from here.a week agoI specifically went for shoes but couldn’t find what I wanted (I have wide feet). They closed one that was close to our former address and I missed shopping there. Now this one is about 10 minutes from my house, I will be going often. a month agoI had a wonderful time. The personal service from beginning to end was fantastic. The prices were very good as well. Shopping online may be convenient but coming in to the physical store gives you the opportunity to explore and experience the full shopping possibilities this store offers. I loved the smells, the sounds and especially the people, as well as the variety of goods available. Thanks Macy!!in the last weekWent there to return 2 items I ordered on line. The lady there was friendly and did the return quickly. I also wanted to look at winter coats and jackets but was very disappointed with their poor selection. Maybe I was too early for winter wear.9 months agoIt’s a Macy’s like every other Macy’s. It’s pretty big with a lot of stuff you would find in every other Macy’s. It is nothing special, but maybe that is what makes it good. It’s solid and reliable so there isn’t really much else to say there.6 months agoIn the video I took, you’ll see how filthy and dirty the fitting rooms were. I felt like I was going to catch hepatitis. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I cannot believe Macy’s is still in business with conditions like this. How come the department of public health hasn’t shut them down?
I am done shopping at Macy’s. Wouldn’t you agree?

2 months agoIt has a great selection of all gender apparel. Pricing is consistent with brand names (more popular more pricey), but the quality of the material is worth it. Friendly and helpful store associates

Whether you’re in need of a new outfit or want to update your home decor, Macy’s is a great place to shop. Here are a few ways you can find a Macy’s near you in Connecticut.
- Use the Macy’s Store Locator: One of the easiest ways to find a Macy’s near you is to use their official online store locator. Simply visit the Macy’s website and click on the “Stores” tab. Enter your zip code or city, and a list of nearby Macy’s stores will appear. This method is convenient and provides you with the most up-to-date information on store locations.

The app will display a list of Macy’s stores in your area or show their locations on a map. Maps apps often include additional information such as store hours and customer reviews, making it easier for you to decide which store to visit.
- Ask for Recommendations: If you’re not familiar with the area or prefer personal recommendations, you can ask friends, family, or coworkers who live in Connecticut for their suggestions. They may be able to recommend specific Macy’s locations that have a good selection or offer excellent customer service.
- Check Local Directories: You can also check local directories such as Yellow Pages or local business directories for Macy’s locations in Connecticut. These directories often include addresses, phone numbers, and sometimes even website links for each store. Is it only me that feels that Macy’s has gone downhill? The quality and the designer clothing is not what they used to be. Goodness, and every time I’m in there, only one person is working the register.
This has caused me to put merchandise down and walk out more than once.
Their customer service is horrible. I do not want to shop online, but this will cause me to think twice.

It’s very clean and well stocked. They always seem to a problem with removing tags from the clothes! And there are not a lot of employees, particularly in the men’s and furniture departments. They should also greet and talk to customers, they’re usually doing their work but don’t say anything until a customer asks for help. That should never be the case. Retail and restaurants should always be focused on providing customer service.
Quality men’s merchandise and if you shop the clearance rack a good value. Both items were 50% off! Killer club wear for $40
The men’s department at Macy’s has a wide variety of name brand offering the shopper a multitude of choices. Both casual clothing, upstairs and dress clothing (i.e. suits, sport coats, dress shirts, ties etc.), downstairs are available. The upstairs offerings are separated by manufacturer which I find confusing and inefficient from the customer’s perspective. If I am looking for a lightweight jacket, each of the manufacturers displays to ascertain if they offer that which I seek and the correct size instead of having all jackets, jeans, sport shirts etc. grouped together.
I genuinely hate this store. There is no staff around to help you, the store is disorganized and both over and understocked at the same time. When I did speak to someone for help it felt like I was annoying them. Don’t go here unless you want an overpriced jacket that’s already out of season.
