3 weeks ago12:30pm on a Saturday and I couldn’t believe my eyes… I’ve been shopping at Macy’s forever and I’ve never seen it like this. I came in to buy a new suit but I walked out because I wont spend money in a place like this – on principle. Where is the management? I ended up going to mens warehouse, a clean and classy joint like Macy’s used to be… So disappointed.4 months agoThis store is a mess. Clothes all over the floor, nothing sorted by size or style, why would I even consider paying the prices that are charged for these pieces of clothing in a bargain basement unorganized type of store. It feels more like a Goodwill then a nice department storea year agoBeautifully decorated, brightly lit with gorgeous displays and top-tier merchandise. Located at prestigious River Park across the parking lot from P.F. Chang’s. Easy access to Hwy 41. Highly recommend!a year agoMacys is the way to go for stopping cause they always have sales that beats every department store including Ross , Marshall and Nordstrom . Macys Always carry well known brand names for affordable prices . I literally go to macys 4 times a week at a least , just to stay updated with their great offers and special promotion that never ends .. highly recommended. People are familiar with me here cause of my continuous visits . Layla and Brittany are the people I mainly see all the time and deal with . Their help is absolutely incredible and they’re always excited to offer their assistance to me and everyone else, and everyone else . Macys is unequivocally five stars place and their clothing section is obviously great to chose and buy from … their bedding and kitchenware are another fabulous selection as well .. Toys 🧸 are plenty and collectibles items too ..finally , it’s located at a prestigious area in river park3 weeks agoI went to the Men’s fragrance to pick up a pre sale purchase, the person who helped me was clueless. I thought maybe, it was her first day on the job. She didn’t seem to know anything about the fragrances and pretty much told me, she doesn’t know too much because she was out there after the regular people who work fragrances, go home at 6pm ? I thought that was strange. It service was so bad , I asked for a refund of my initial purchase. But wait… it gets better. A couple days later I decided to take my wife back to the Riverpark store. I had explained to my wife what had happened to me previously, so we gave them another chance. To no surprise, we received the same type of service. The person could not answer basic questions about the fragrances and looked just lost. Reluctantly, I did end up buying a fragrance after doing my own research on Google, for the questions I had. I asked the lady if she had any samples to give me and she said “No” without hesitation. By the look on her face, I could tell she wasn’t being truthful. I asked her again and she said “No” . I left it alone and walked around and then came back to browse a bit more around the men’s fragrances. I noticed the person who “helped” me wasn’t there anymore, and a very nice person from Chanel, helped me. Her name was Mina. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, we ended up spending about $400 in products from her. I can’t understand why Macys or that particular store management, would put incompetent or untrained people at those stations. You would think, especially with the cost of fragrances, they would put people who know what they’re doing. I hope management looks at customer reviews.

Pretty good product selection as well 👍🏼2 months agoI gagged when we walked in. The air was so humid it was bordering unsanitary. The ceiling is discolored and full of water damage. What is happening Macy’s Men’s and Backstage.5 months agoJanet Rangel was the associate that helped me. She was very helpful helping me decide what to buy. Her patience was impeccable!8 months agoCame in with my friend for the purpose of finding some cologne. When we entered that section, a couple of associates helped us find what we were looking for as well as helping us find a certain scent we wanted. She let us sample many different colognes before we decided on what we liked. Great atmosphere and great customer service, would shop here again.

This Macy has everything you’re looking for and always they have em on sale. They have sales daily and if your sign up for macy’s card , you’ll end up save a lot of money. Their sale ranges from 25-75% off its original price. Huge selection in fresno and have been to all Macy’s in Central Valley , Visalia , Modesto and Bakersfield too and this macys is my favorite cause it has huge options and great staff
Macys has improved a lot customer service is awesome. Elena in men’s suit department and Brandy in men’s cologne are amazing.

Always love Macy’s whole environment, but the change up they recently did I don’t care for in the women’s department upstairs. Went to buy Levi’s, and it was spread out and almost didn’t find the ones I was looking for. Definitely think they need to fix the layout. Even the associate said he wasn’t used to the new layout and couldn’t get used 5o it.
I’ve been to a lot of Macy’s stores in other cities and surprisingly this store is one of the best I’ve seen! Great assortment of brands from budget brands to higher end brands, organized displays even in clearance and multiple associates around the store to ring you up. This is really a gem of a Macy’s store that makes you feel like you’re at a much better mall than Fashion Fair.
