3 weeks agoGreat deals at the men’s cologne counter, ask and you’ll discover. Ms. Lydia and Fatima are awesome!a year agoThis Macy’s had a good layout, but, I they seem to have a staff shortage. I rarely ever can find someone whom is willing to come from behind the counter to help me in the men’s clothing area. I do like that the Ralph Lauren section includes a B&T section. But, one time, I went to try on some clothes in yhe fitting room; I was in the middle of looking at the mirror, when the door to my space popped open. It was one of the workers. She just said, “Oh” and shut the door. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I felt some kind of way and decided to put the items I tried on on the racks. I got out of there. I’ve been back since, but, I will never forget that that happened.8 months agoGreat sales, awesome customer service3 weeks agoThis location has changed in a drab way. There weren’t as many brands on the 1st level. Where did all the everyday costume jewelry go? Maybe some other brands were on the lower level. The shoe department is ugly; doesn’t pull you in to browse/buy. Needs updating. Guess I’ll have to drive to Delaware or Annapolis for the arrival of their wonderful Fall inventory. Love it every year. Get there!! Never going back to the Towson location.3 months agoStore itself was nice and well maintained. Selection of watches was not great for women’s watches. My husband was very upset at how the woman’s actions projected showed her preconceived notions of a biracial couple. Was pretty rude!

2 months agoCustomer Service was poor and very limited……tho I was able to piece together an outfit for my son’s graduation ceremony clothes were all over the place on floors and not in the right department. Sale items under the price were not on sale, so this cause alot of headache and back -n-forth with no help. Literally they on people they have in kids dept is the cashier, only one at that….Macy’s need to hire.5 months agoI went here to find a perfume my mom likes to purchase for her as a gift. She knew the brand but didn’t know which specific perfume she had tried. So I asked for a sample of 2 of the fragrances that I thought were close in line with her description of the fragrance so she could try them and let me know which one was the one she liked. They said they only give samples to people who make a purchase. Really?? I find this funny because a couple months before that I was given 2 samples of a different brand which I went on to purchase. So instead of getting her a large perfume for her gift I went somewhere else and got her a purse size trio set for her “samples”. Giving them another chance, I came in again and was about to purchase a perfume and because I decided to walk it down to purse size the salesperson walked off and left me to take someone else’s larger purchase. After seeing that I decided I no longer wanted to make a purchase. Now I’m a VERY heavy perfume buyer, I keep purse sizes on me at all times and the large bottles at home… and a loyal shopper… who went on to buy FIVE large perfumes elsewhere since this happened all because of their failing customer service.a year agoThis store today was a terrible mess , I don’t know what happened but it was clothes everywhere in the floor, nothing good at all , I give them two stars because of the perfumes department, the lady at Valentino area was so nice10 months agoI picked up my order from here today, opened it up when I got to work; not only are they the wrong shoes, the wrong size, and they have been visibly worn! I would like to know how was these shoes allowed to be packaged and shipped off? I contacted customer service immediately and was told the shoes came from a warehouse. They can have some more shipped for me to pick up. An investigation still needs to be done bc how was this allowed to happen in the first place! I don’t pay money to end up with used worn shoes, this is unacceptable. And I expect so much more from Macys!a month agoThis Macys is hands down the worse Macys around. It’s sad this place is suppose to be a little upscale (“house of stars”) but is filled with more junk then a thrift store. The cashiers move at sloth pace! Extremely bad service over all. If you’re visiting the area do not come to this Macys I PROMISE YOU WONT find ANYTHING In the clustered junk of clothes laying around. Also, I was told by an associate that Nike have pulled out this store as they simply can’t display items to sell them.

This Macys front entry was dated, however inside had a nice selection of brands. The elevator worked, the restrooms were mostly clean and roomy inside each stall, there was hand sanitizer available, caution signs on most of the problem areas of the floor. It looks like there was some sort of water damage to the floor by the Polo Ralph Lauren section. The floor was bowing in several areas.
A good store with a large selection of clothes, cosmetics and shoes. But I like the Macy’s store in Towson better.
Yesterday I encountered Chloe, and Zoey let me tell you guys their customer service is phenomenal they take their time to serve you and make sure you’re at ease in the shopping experience. They were also super helpful on putting me on some good perfumes, they definitely make me want to come back!!!!!! and I will go back for sure 🙂

In all my years coming to buy for me and for my family, I never had such a terrible experience. The dressing rooms were full of clothes racks and in an awful condition, with a terrible smell coming from it. I asked for assistance to multiple employee and they were doing their best to help me with my shopping and the dressing room. While that happened, this lady Maira was doing her best to help me but I saw her and others struggle to contact the manager on the second floor. It was only after an hour that the “manager”, this disrespectful woman Nicol came on flip flops and fliping her long nails to me and acting all high and annoyed that somebody needed a manager. I don’t understand how some employee were so kind and so helpful just for the manager to be such an unbearable person.
