Did really go to Macy’s it was just the entonce to the mall. However it blew my mind that there is a Toys R US in here. I spent no time in running down the aisle looking at everything while my date patiently waited I even felt bad that I was kinda lost in the toy experience but she was understanding and let me revert back to a kid again even if it was for only a few minutes.
I wish I can give this place no stars. Horrible experience! They do not want to refund my husband and I for a cancelled order. It’s been 3 months! They have been sending us in circles and are now purposely ignoring our calls for updates. They have been giving us false dates for a refund and it’s a large amount One cannot live without. We have been nothing but patient and tried to be understanding but 3 months is excessive. We have not been rude once to any associate but our calls are being dropped or not answered by the manager and are we are now feeling stuck. We deserve our money back. They are not following their own store policy. Ridiculous.
July 5, 2023, 245. I went in to look at some sneakers I’m handicap three associates, two young boys, and a girl standing at the register asked them for help. I asked if they had a size in the shoe and the gentleman with the glasses and said no we don’t have that size it’s on sale . I stood over by the Skechers looking for my size. Of course they didn’t have it and I walked back over and asked if they could look it up and he said no. On sale did not asked to help me in any way what has happened to our youth.. finish line associates do not care about sales very disappointing. Second time I approached him still was not interested in helping me as I stood there with my cane. Quite disappointing walked out without a purchase won’t be back avoid this place if you don’t want to get waited on if you have patience stay if you like being ignored. Other associates different departments, and Macys, were very outgoing and helping.
I liked how much options this Macy’s had compared to the others. The staff was nice and the store wasn’t crazy busy. The only thing was I didn’t find any good deals or clothes worth the price.
Found an item on the website, called the store, they set it aside for me, I was liking that! Went down the next morning inspected it and tried it on. Great professional service, I’m a happy camper, thanks Macy’s
