  1. I love Ross. You can always find deals on Designer brands and it kinda feels like treasure hunting. This one is the closest to my house and I been coming here for years now. Found this great Polo fleece sweater for 75% off. And this is just one of many great finds throughout the years.

  2. Like always, Ross has an awesome variety of clothing & accessories, shoes, and cute home décor, but unfortunately, this particular location was quite messy. It looked as if the floors hadn’t been swept for quite a while. There were hangers, pens, labels, and random pieces of paper & plastic bits scattered across the floor of the entire store. 😔 Other than that, everything else was fine.

  3. They don’t deserve a star. Unfriendly…no eye contact. All 3 employees, other than the security guard, i encountered were on the phone and chatting up with each other loudly. Cashier scoffed when i complimented her and was eating candy and licking her fingers watching her phone while talking to another co-worker…didn’t even care to hand me my receipt for my one item…had to grab it myself. One worker let door close on me as i walked out behind him after yelling to the cashier over my head.

It was my very first time going there and I must say that the person who directs the customers is quite professional, but the checkout ladies think they are customer clerks, I missed jewelry purchases because one of the counter was preoccupied with the chips which could wait to come to me to make the presentations and cash. my faith not a good experience, but still receive your stars, because at the Largo agency in Maryland we are better served and are professional. good sales

    Ross is my to go place because I believe that you can be beautiful without breaking the bank. I stop at Ross for everything. Why giving 1 start then? This is what happened at Ross in Oxon Hill: As I bought house decorations, while the cashier is giving me my 3rd item, it hit the other 2 items in the shopping bag I was already holding in my hand and broke. She asked the manager who was just next to her if she can refund me. The manager asked her if the items were wrapped. She said yes. Then the manager said: you did your job, she didn’t need a refund. Keep in mind that I am standing in front of the cashier! I have already paid for all my items ($113.00). She is still wrapping the rest of my stuff. I argued about their decision. As soon as the cashier gave me all my items, she told me:”you have to move to the side, customers are waiting”. I felt humiliated. Date of the incident: November 24, 2018.

    This store is the pits now. There is no variety of nice dresses anymore. Sometimes I feel like I’m at a thrift store…..I have to search through rows of clothes and still find nothing to write home about.

    The store is ghetto, I mean sometimes they have what you want. The cashier who rang me up waited until I was about to leave the store to say hey you didn’t put your card in. This was after I put my card in an she gave me a receipt. Just slow
