4 months agoOn the plus side tidy, nicely laid out/organized, and managed reasonably well. Location makes it enjoyable to get to and exit out onto the main artery roadway. However, not enough attention is paid to restocking what sells well. I will be happy to increase my stars if the restocking situation improves.a month agoWent to dollar tree Monday they had all the items I needed unlike the store in Plano and the cashier Qiana was very nice and helpful/Friendly. Will definitely visiting this store again.4 years agoOverall the rating is due to the workers and the organization of the store.The store is much like many dollar trees however I feel as though this store is in need of an update. But the cashier at 3:30 was very good and just so chipper. (Female, name starting with a B)
Also I would recommend updating the carts the one I had the back wheel on the left side decided to stay in the air with nothing in the cart. Which made it a pain. As you will see in the photos back left wheel is off the ground…
5 months agoI love to go to this store and pick up a few quick things, however, the last 2 times there has only been 1 cashier and the line goes all the way to the back, I’m not saving money, if I’m wasting time, I may as we go to Walmart and be my own cashier6 months agoDollar tree is one of my favorite stores but service was very poor and rude 4/30/23 (Sunday) . She/He couldn’t tell dark skinny (black) short cashier .. not sure if He/she was not in the mood to work as she/he was scanning the glass decor items and put them together in one bag and didn’t mind to be more kind on helping on wrapping in them with the bag or offer to be lil nicer or separate them from touching together or be polite was rude .. while I ask for a bag to do it myself.. Refuse to give me a bag I offer myself on buying an extra bag so I could separate my glass decors from being together and respond with we don’t sell them .. I said ok well can i have a bag.. still said No and refuse saying that manager said that couldn’t give extra bags well I ask for manager He/She said wasn’t there that He/She was in charge. Well sad there’s people in charge with no good manners worst when they doing customer service. I’m purchasing items I’m expecting to be place nicely it was glass decors it cost $$ don’t matter how much it cost it still $$ and it comes from my pocket.. even I offer my self on buying it and said they don’t sell them then what we the problem??? Was it personal ??? by me asking for a bag make he/she upset?

3 years agoThe manager in this store is EXTREMELY RUDE! I spent $100 here two days ago and when I got home I noticed that three of the food items I purchased had expired one of which had expired back in 2017. I brought in the items along with my receipt and she refused to let me exchange them. She continued to ignore me, all while rolling her eyes, and making ridiculous policies up. I will NEVER shop here again or at any other Dollar Tree Store. She also refused to give me her name and the corporate phone number. Dollar tree hires managers that argue with customers, make up their own store policies, and let items that are three years old sit on their shelves. Disgusting! If I could give negative stars I would.a year agoThey had everything I was looking for to complete a project. This store is not as neat as I’d hope, but they were stocking items and possibly in the process of clearing out isles. Not busy at all during the lunch hour, which I love, but beware of possible beggars outside. If it’s a not kids looking for donations for organizations, someone stranded who needs help or someone looking for change. I’ve only been 3-4 times and each time, it was something new. Lol. Store has nice employees who speak & I love good customer service. 👏a year agoStill a great location.This Dollar Tree (“DT”) had everything I was looking for. The store was clean and being stocked. The employees were nice and friendly. They are asking that customers wear masks, which I appreciate. One of my favorite locations. Had been to another DT earlier with no luck.
6 months agoThis location is clean and stocked for the most part and the staff is very friendly2 years agoI went in during the last hour of business for some baby shower gift bags. Unfortunately, everyone knows that each Dollar Tree visit is a hit or miss. I grabbed 2 bags, but the selection was less than desirable. More size variations would also be appreciated. The store was not busy and I was able to check out with no wait.

I have no idea if this was the manager or not, but they only had 1 register open and the other employee called for help so they had open the 2nd register. Well she called out next and I went over and she was very rude telling me “just because your the last in line doesn’t mean you should come running over” first off I wasn’t last in line and the person that was ahead of me was fine with it since he was next and the other person in front of him was almost done. Please teach your employees not to be so rude.
I would like to give this store 5 stars. I just can’t. It’s really frustrating going to shop. It’s always so clutter and products still in boxes. It’s like no one cares or does not have enough staff.
Also it’s really hot in there.
The staff is friendly. Depending on whose working. The lines are way too long to check out. It is very rare you see 2 people on the register. Usually, the 2nd person is in the back doing something else. I don’t know if management doesn’t care or is trying to save money to have fewer employees to do all the work.
The lady at the register was so rude to customers. The customer in front of me decided not to get 3 items and the the lady at the register told her to quit making more put backs for her to do.The customer tried to break a larger bill and the lady yelled at her and said she could not break it, take some other things off. The two other male employees that were there asked her a question if she need them up at the front, she was rude to them and told them both to go to the back. Then giggled as if being rude to people is Funny. Not only rude customer service, the store looks awful. I worked in customer service for a long time and You don’t treat people like that. Will never go back to this store.
Friendly employees and they keep the store organized. They have a wide variety of products especially for holiday decorations
The store was in disarray however Shawntell made the experience nice. She was very personable and knowledgeable about the store products.
