a month agoThe store itself was fine, clean and organized. But as a Dollar Tree it has become a ripoff. I understand and even support the need to raise some item pricing by 25%, but everything in the store… No. This is just corperate leaders trying to pad thier pockets without reguard for the customers they serve.3 months agoI usually love this dollar tree until today. The self check out was backed up and not all of them were working so the gentleman behind me politely asked if someone could open a register and the older lady with short hair and glasses in the rudest most annoyed voice said I will in a minute. The workers here feel that since they put in the self out that they don’t need to do anything other than stare at people and be rude. Do better.3 months agoThe store is extremely organized and well stocked. The ladies who work here are absolutely fabulous and very kind. Will definitely be back soon!3 months agoAll of the employees here are quite pleasant and this place always has every item and special nicknac one could ever need!! Love my $1.25 Tree!!3 months agoI had a cart full of groceries and all the cashier are closed and playing on their phones. They thought I was going to use self checkout as if I work there. I just pushed the card full of food in the isle and walk out. Last time I checked self checkout is optional not mandatory.

3 weeks agoA fairly organized Dollar Tree, I was in and out for the items I was looking for fairly quicklya year agoThis store is located on 1509 Sam’s circle chesapeake Virginia 23320. I bought every Sunday newspaper from here $ 1.25 very genuine price no one can beat. Greeting cards,birthday, gift bags , cup, plates, candles ,caps and balloons always buy from here nice stuff . Health beauty, kitchen, toys, auto, hardware stuff bought from here nice. Flower, flip flops, snacks, frozen stuff, cleaning supplies we like and bought, for special occasions we prefer to buy wrapping paper. You can buy sodas, water other for $ 1.25 . They Cary almost all daily needs stuff. Customer service is excellent, store is very clean and big parking lot and this store is off battlefield and Volvo parkway.3 months agoI ran into the Dollar Tree to get a card for a wedding and said that I would make myself leave and not look at anything else but the location of the cards made me go buy some things that I really wanted to check out and didn’t have time to. But it is making me go and look into other larger Dollar Trees as some of the products I saw in Chesapeake Virginia. It was a really nice huge store wish I could have spent more time browsing and spending my $1.25 each. I’ve been very happy with their Craft section and just exploring5 years agoYour typical dollar tree. Very friendly and quick in and out. Lots to choose from. No waits so no lines at register. I do appreciate the staff there being friendly. I can say that enough. I don’t expect much out of dollar store so my expectations are low. This is one of the higher end dollar trees for sure. If you read this ad please give me a thumbs up.2 weeks agoThis Dollar Tree store off of Battlefield, next to Walmart and Sam’s is fantastic! Clean, orderly and LOTS to choose from!

Stopped at this dollar tree in Florida. Store number 1532. I have never seen a store like this totally professional straightened. All Employees working hard on the floor cashiers at the register very pleasant attitude. I asked the one employee were they a special group that came in to stock or did they work there. She said no they work there. I let her know that was the nicest store I have ever been to. I travel all over the United States. I have never seen anything like it. This is what we experience everytime we go into our local store. Denver, NC. No matter if it is the day shift or night. This is disgusting. Not to mention the attitudes they all have, management included. They will stand there with customers at the register using there vapes. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.
It’s a shame when you go to a place to spend your money and they tell you can’t use the bathroom and that’s called discrimination especially when the bathroom is free and available to use and this happened to me in Gwinnett county at dollar tree in Swanee. 2nd time this has happened at different locations. A employee told me I couldn’t use the bathroom. It made me feel like I was dirty or something. It was nothing wrong with the toilet. I actually took a picture an post it for review. The man that told me I couldn’t use the bathroom, said that’s what they told me to say… When asked who he shook his head.
Ordering online/Shipping to store process is a total cluster. First, their delivery dates are like 2 weeks out, which in today’s world is a joke. Next – the item doesn’t actually arrive anywhere near that date and there is absolutely no process for tracking it down if it doesn’t show up. Our delivery estimate was September 19th, we didn’t get the email saying it was available for pickup until September 23rd, went in to the store and they said it never arrived and to check back. We went back 2x that week and nope, still wasn’t there. Called customer service and they also spoke to the store to confirm it never arrived. They gave me “two options”….either I keep waiting and hope it arrives or get a credit. UH….yeah I want my credit. A week later I still haven’t seen the credit and I got an email thanking me for picking up my order. Had to call again for the credit to really be processed. I seriously think they do that as a procedure just to see if you will maybe forget because the rep even said “if you don’t see the credit then just call back”…..its 2023! There is NO REASON for a company to not be able to accurately process credits!
I have left three phone messgs and emailed corp office still have not been contacted by the General Mang know wonder the employees act the way they do. Guess the employee was correct when she yelled at me and said go ahead call Corp Office they will not do anything.
