When looking for a Canadian Immigration law firm, I was presented with multiple options. Canadim immediately stood out to me due to the abundance of positive reviews they have received. So, I decided to contact them.

I got an answer very quickly as well as a free consultation, which was very generous. Also, Amira, the lawyer I spoke to, was exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with the best immigration options for my situation.

    I strongly recommend them!

From the outset of my journey towards Canadian permanent residency (first to Quebec and then Federal), the team at Canadim, especially Lawyer Kim Moss, has been nothing short of exceptional. Navigating the intricacies of immigration can be daunting, but with Canadim by my side, the process was made significantly smoother and more understandable. Kim Moss, in particular, stood out with her profound knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. She always made sure I was informed at every stage, patiently answering all my questions and ensuring that all documents were in perfect order. Her dedication to my case made a difference, and I genuinely felt that I was in safe and capable hands throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend Canadim to anyone seeking a trusted and reliable immigration consultancy in Canada. A big thank you to Kim and the entire Canadim Team

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share my great experience with Canadim. My initial consultation was with Jennifer and she was super insightful as to what the best pathway for permanent residency would be for my family. Jennifer answered all of my questions and inspired a lot of confidence, so I happily signed the contract to work with Canadim. I was assigned a case manager named Lojain and she was wonderful to work with. Lojain really helped guide me through the express entry process and was patient despite all of my questions and requests. Ulysses helped my husband with his work permit renewal and his expertise was very much appreciated. I’m thrilled to report that my family has Canadian permanent residency thanks to the Canadim team.

I can highly recommend Canadim and their help toward Permanent Residency in Canada. Before I found the process really daunting and I worried a lot about submitting the right documents etc. but Canadim and my agent Jasmine was such a big help. She clarified everything I needed and helped make sure application was of best possible quality when submitting. I am today a happy Canadian Permanent Resident and I am so happy I chose Canadim to guide me on that journey.

Having Canadim help us navigate the PR application process for my partner was the best decision we could have made. Our consultant, Jasmine, really helped to streamline the process for us and was always quick to respond to our questions. If you’re also considering getting legal support for an immigration application I highly recommend them- it’s a hugely worthwhile investment!

My Canadian partner and I had been living together in the US and decided to move to Montreal where he is from. Saguy Barchichat represented me in my permanent resident application and helped us navigate the process of being sponsored by my partner. Saguy was clear, professional, always easy to reach and spot on with the timeline. He’s also a nice guy. I can’t recommend his services more highly. He will be representing me with my citizenship application. Thank you Saguy for helping us with my PR process!

Mr. Barchichat represented me in my application for permanent residence in Canada. He was punctual and efficient, telling me what I needed to know, when I needed to know it without burdening me with extra, extraneous information. Thanks to his efforts, my pathway to PR in Canada was smooth and error free.

I cannot recommend his services highly enough. He took what is (for anyone) a very stressful process and made it simple and relatively pain free as I was confident that what I was doing was what I needed to be, at all timepoints. I landed in September, with no issues and am now living in Canada as a new resident.

In the future, when I am ready to apply for citizenship and have met all requirements, I will certainly engage his services again. He is fantastic at his job and if you are considering immigration representation, I would suggest you look no further. In my opinion, the service I received from Mr. Barchichat cannot be improved upon. Choose him!

Saguy helped me with a particularly tricky and complicated PGWP application. Respectful, courteous, professional and responds extremely fast to any questions or concerns. Always kept me informed of my options and is super dedicated; I missed his emails a few times, instead of just letting it be, he followed up each time with multiple calls and emails just to ensure that I had all the information and was in the loop.

I was kept up to date at each step of my application, start to finish, which was really helpful given how stressful this kind of process can be. Most importantly, he is extremely knowledgable, knows what he’s doing and gets the job done. Several other friends who have used him have all had flawless experiences. Absolute immigration god, cannot recommend enough!!! 11/10

According to the 2021 Canadian census, immigrants in Canada number 8.3 million persons and make up approximately 23 percent of Canada's total population. This represents the eighth-largest immigrant population in the world, while the proportion represents one of the highest ratios for industrialized Western countries.Following Canada's confederation in 1867, immigration played an integral role in helping develop vast tracts of land. During this era, the Canadian Government would sponsor information campaigns and recruiters to encourage settlement in rural areas; however, this would primarily be only towards those of European and religious Christian backgrounds, while others—particularly Hindus, Buddhist, Shinto, Sikh, Muslim, and Jewish immigrants—as well as the poor, ill, and disabled, would be less than welcome. Following 1947, in the post-World War II period, Canadian domestic immigration law and policy went through significant changes, most notably with the Immigration Act, 1976, and the current Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) from 2002.The main drivers of population growth are immigration, driven mainly by economic policy and also family reunification. A record number of 405,000 immigrants were admitted to Canada in 2021, with plans to increase the annual intake of immigrants to 500,000 per year. New immigrants settle mostly in major urban areas in the country, such as Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. Canada also accepts large numbers of refugees, accounting for over 10 percent of annual global refugee resettlements; it resettled more than 28,000 in 2018 and has spent $769 million in 2023 alone for free housing and meals.
