You just need to be patient.3 weeks agodespite not having a receipt they still let me return some items I previously purchased giving me back store merchandise credit so i was able to go shop for a few things I needed at the same time so I give them a solid five star rating for sure …5 months agoIn a pinch, I needed a light, cool top. I first went to Old Navy, but the tops seemed more suited for teens. In same shopping center, I moved on to Marshall’s. After trying on 8 tops, I finally decided on 2. The checkout had 25 people waiting in line, so I left! THAT was Big waste of time! I moved on to Ross. I quickly found a couple of tops. I was the 3rd person in line. I should have gone to Ross in the first place!a month agoCashiers were very nice and friendly. Something not really usual in this places.2 years agoOften had the best stock and so it could get Pretty busy inside but these days not so much turnover of goods bring nice discounts

a month agoExcellent! I was able to find a carry-on for under $50 dollars! Check out was quick and great customer service. I’ll definitely come back to this location if I’m in need of anything and don’t want to have to pay outrageous cost. The store was well kept and clean.3 years agoFirst time going into this Ross location. Wasn’t very pleased with stopping here. Walked around and didn’t notice not 1 employee walking around in case you needed help with something. The girl at the dressing room location didn’t seem happy to be at work today. I feel customer service is a big one for me. The store is also very messy and hard to walk around in even with their smaller store carts. Did end up purchasing a couple items just because I was already there.2 months agoThe manager Alma and Isabella are totally unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Don’t come here there are much better stores nearby. They need to get Alma and Isabella fired for discriminating against customers.5 months agoStill one of my favorite places to shop at. It’s a hit and miss sometimes with clothes, but they always have great suitcases tho! Can’t beat their prices on travel stuff, especially the suitcases.3 months agoBest place to shop to save and to find something special. Please make sure to try it on. You’ll find something you really like and may even love. Love Ross a lot. Try it.

It is so sad for customers to be in line waiting while an extra cashier is just doing stuff that is not as important as the customers waiting in line. I believe the priority should always be the customers. Especially, if they are all staring at you doing something else other than helping them. Unprofessional. Whatever happened to customers first? 🤔
