Marshalls has always been one of my favorite stores. I have never had any issues there until tonight. When we got there, i noticed it was dead but i just figured it was due to the fact that it is new year’s eve. about 3 minutes upon entering the manager looked me dead in the eyes and said “ma’am you have to leave” in an extremely rude voice. completely confused i said, “huh?” he explained that they closed at six and told us that we had to “get out of there”. (keep in mind it was only 6:03). there was no sign ANYWHERE stating that they had different hours, not to mention that the front doors were completely open (not even automatic, just constantly open). Just politely informing me that they had closed would’ve been fine instead of basically forcing me out… I really enjoy coming here but this whole situation really threw me off…
If you love to hunt for your size this is the place to go! No rack organization with incorrect sizes posted on the hangers and only minor organization. Leave with nothing knowing that I missed many items my size due to the chaos.
All I could say clean lots of inventory. But bathrooms need to be upgraded. People that work there are very friendly. Prices are very good.
I love Marshalls but this store needs some organization and new buyers. The girls clothing is almost all Isaac Mizrahi and there is no order at all… everything is just thrown on the rack and it’s been that way for months so the Christmas season is not to blame. If you’re willing to spend time to go through everything you may find some good brands but many times it’s such a mess it isn’t worth it. I continue to shop here for the good prices on great finds but now usually avoid the shoe and kid’s clothing sections.
This is a much larger store than the Tulsa Hills location. Maybe that’s why this location was messy. The employees weren’t rude but I think I’ll drive the extra 20-30 minutes and go to the Tulsa Hills location. Tulsa Hills has super nice and friendly employees and is a much cleaner store all the way around. But I promise they aren’t that bad.
