  Chelsea, Robyn and the entire GEM team were incredible during our buying and selling experience. They were knowledgeable and friendly, but what stood out the most to us was the level of communication we received throughout the process. We received ongoing open and honest communication that led us to feel supported throughout the whole process. Given the tight timeline we were up against and some circumstantial barriers, this process should have felt a lot more stressful than it did. Chelsea and Robyn went to bat for us in a way that I don’t believe most other realtors/groups would have.
