a month agoI ordered online, but online, it doesn’t give you the option to choose all dark meat or all white, and so they couldn’t change it for me. The cashier was nice about it. She explained that what’s done online is online and that they just prepare the order. Customer satisfaction is being able to change the situation to satisfy the customer even when that option is not given to you online…a month agoNever had a better experience at any restaurant. The staff was top notch, the food was perfect , and even though we did not eat there, the atmosphere was easy and laid back. Highly recommend this place for all your chicken cravings.3 months agoThey sold me old food and it was obvious after we tasted it.. I thought it was simply my taste buds but all three kids said the same thing. This is unacceptable my kids could have gotten sick. They refused to answer the phone when I called to tell them Please hire people who want to work instead of putting people at risk by selling disgusting old food. I did absolutely nothing to deserve that ither did my kids. This is why I hate fast food but sometimes it’s convenient but not worth dying for. The health department will be contacted. I’m not gonna play about my kids safety. Shame on you. 6 months agoGross. I waited about 40min for an 8 peice, crispy all legs. They had to make some chicken which is fine but I would hope that chicken would actually be hot and crispy when I get it. The kids didn’t know what they were doing, everyone was stuck in line for 30min behind us. The chicken was right on the edge of being cooked, the breading wasn’t even cooked. It was still sopping wet and soggy. Not crunchy, and I got a whole chicken not legs. Kid in drive through had no idea what he was doing. He kept opening the window to speak, staring at us, and then close it. He did this multiple times. He didn’t read our order off he just reached for the card so we had to ask. He didn’t talk to us at all.Not coming back. I still tried to eat it and now I feel sick.
2 months agoOrdered online. A large order.. told it would be ready in 15 minutes.. got the notice that it was ready for pickup. Showed up and a very rude worker said we don’t have that much food and it ain’t going to be ready. They have zero french fries and didn’t offer any solution other than to call the 888 number. We were already out $80 plus. I tried to find the number she was very difficult to find. Immediately went back in and spoke to the manager who then said oh yes we can fill that order but we had to wait because they had to make more chicken this after they told us it was ready to go. Never got a hold of the 888 number and waited another 20 minutes to get an order with multiple substitutions… Never again3 months agoI can’t comment on the quality of the food because I never received it. However, the service was terrible. Before paying at the drive through, I asked the service attendant to confirm the order. He became irritated and said there were people in line behind me and do you want your food or not? I declined the order. Terrible service. Rude and discourteous. Go someplace else.3 months agoWent there yesterday for an 8 pice meal around 4:15pm. I asked for it to be spicy and fried. I was told to get out of line and wait beside the car in line. What? Now I’m blocking traffic. Made no sense. I finally got my order after 15 minutes. When I got home, I had no biscuits, and it was not spicy. I wasted my $30.a month agoI love their famous bowls, but they have gotten a lot skimpier with the chicken and gravy in them. Also, the corn tastes like it was dumped right out of a can. A big disappointment from what they used to be.

Ordered online. Waited about 10 minutes before someone walked up to the register to receive my order that should’ve been fully prepared 10 minutes prior. Once I got home and opened tied bag, I get to find an order of large fries I ordered for the family to split about 1/4- 1/2 full. With 16 pieces of chicken. To top it off the chicken was dark and so dry like it was cooked yesterday and just refried. I ordered 8 biscuits and they weren’t there. At this point I’d love to have my money back but they won’t even answer the phone. This is the absolute worst KFC. This was also the first time I’ve been able to order in about 2 years. Different reasons include but not limited to credit card don’t work, OUT OF CHICKEN, and not enough staff. They were open, just not taking orders.. in the picture of chicken I held up a strip to show the color it should be .

No one anywhere behind the counter and no one responded to my “hello!”. Had to call the store on my cell phone to get someone to come to the counter. Checked my order before I left and each of 2 boxes was missing a different side. When I got home, discovered that one box had white meat and one dark. I had ordered white for both. This location consistently shorts my order on something. Probably won’t go back.
It’s KFC so the food is good but this location ALWAYS forgets food in the drive-through.
Stopped in to grab some food for the family. Haven’t eaten at KFC in a while, and tbh after this probably be a looong while before do it again. Chicken was dry, overcooked. The skin was practically burnt. I’m sitting here forcing myself to eat it but really more than likely I’ll be tossing this mess. 2 stars because the mashed and gravy was as good as expected and the lady at the window was sweet.
