Makayla, you are an amazing person and fun to talk to. Thank you. 😊2 months agoSamples! Samples Samples! I have been in love with this store since I was 12 and my love has only grown deeper. I always fill up my gas tank here in all my vehicles, they’re typically cheaper by at least 30 cents than almost any other gas station. Did I mention samples?2 years agoIt was amazing to shop from there all the time! All the staff and workers are awesome.5 months agoI’m always in this spot if I’m with my Aunt while I’m visiting. It can get busy but it’s easy to get through there and out. Parking take the first one you find or go early! You see it you like it get it won’t be there the next time you’re there. Jamming place for sure.2 months agoThey carry a lot of bulk items, flowers, clothes, shoes, groceries, a little bit of toys, books.. fresh fruit.. etc.. but you must be a member to be able to purchase. They also have a food area in the store where you can order and eat.. me & my family shop here quite often.

a month agoThe customer service here is horrible. I have a hat on in my card photo and was yelled at because I wasn’t wearing one at the time of my purchase. Are you kidding? I showed my ID with proof of my name and he rudely said well you should bring that hat when you shop at the store. That picture is over 2 years old I don’t even have that hat anymore… 🤦🏻♀️ I understand they are cracking down on card sharing but that is ridiculous after I already proved it was me there was no reason to continue to be rude. Store is great and I love shopping at Costco but this isn’t the first time the customer service is horrible. Honestly people go to Sam’s I just purchased my membership there today.a month agoMy favorite Costco! Always clean, friendly staff, great products. We spend WAY too much money here.a month agoCathy in the bakery department is beyond disrespectful. I showed her a picture of a 2 tier plain white cake and asked if they can do this and rudely she says “no we don’t do that” I said what don’t you do, make cakes? she says “laughed, we clearly make cakes” so I said well what about this picture you don’t do “she points at their cake book and says we only do sheet & round cakes” I said I still don’t understand how you don’t do this it’s 2 rounds cakes “she then repeats herself and says we don’t do that” mind you she’s laughing, rolling eyes, & attitude the whole time. She needs to learn how to communicate and explain what they don’t do because I still don’t understand what they don’t do about my 2 tier plain white cake. I’m assuming 2 tier cakes is what she meant to say they don’t do. I will never go near that bakery department again because she’s very unprofessional & her attitude isn’t needed.a month agoOur daughter who has her own Costco membership was harassed at the self-checkout line because she wanted to do two transactions. They asked to see her card to verify it was her account. Same thing happened last week when she went. They were not asking everyone just picking and choosing. I get the need to implement new policies for people that are cheating the system but this is ridiculous. I’ve never heard of not being able to do separate transitions. People do split payments all the time.3 months agoI love this place!! It has amazing prices, great customer service, and amazing buyers!! It is very organized and clean. The services provided are amazing and very kind! Samples to try just in case you wanna try something before getting it! I would 100% recommend buying from here!!

Spend no less than $1000. every month. The people at the front entrance should never be rude. ( dark haired lady)! Sometimes they don’t even look at your card. If the entrance is super busy maybe try being a little more customer friendly.
People at this food court need to be trained or replaced. I ordered a whole pizza and 2 hotdogs at the checkout. When I went to food court the young guy there gave me my hot dogs and told me to wait for my number to be called for pizza. I waited more than 20 minutes and was told they guy didn’t even take my number down so that is why they never called my order. I asked for 2 fresh hotdogs because the ones I bought were cold and was given attitude like it was my fault they messed up. You need better employees and better customer service!

Never a disappointment with Costco, even when buying bulk. I think they’ve come a long way throughout the years, and while needing a membership to shop might seem like a chore, with cash back from purchases, it practically pays for itself. Especially if you shop at a local with a Costco gas station.
Very cooperative in return policy, no question asked. That’s the key to their business success. Mostly quality stuff as well at way better than retail.
