I like to come here once in a while, it’s very clean and not a busy place so that’s a plus it’s a very clean place. I bought some items last time and I was reading some reviews about the discounts, yes you do have to put attention because i was buying 2 pair of jeans and they didn’t ring of for sale they had a sign of 50% off so I told the lady and she whent to check but when she put the price by hand she put the original price at $49.50 When they were $42.50 but anyways I didn’t noticed until I was home. So yes I love the deals but look for the sale signs the other items I bought they did ring up the discount.
Excellent experience at the perfume department. Cynthia was awesome and helpful. Unlike other locations all the testers are open for you to test. Loved it and an excellent experience. From this point on my go to store for colognes and perfumes. Today on 4/1/23 I went with my wife and the an absolute amazing customer service provided by Seema is beyond. I will give 10 stars to Seema’s customer service and amazing attitude. 👏
This location doesn’t carry the clothing that other Macys do. They shut down women’s dressing rooms, and put up a portable 1 room dressing room near the return counter. I could also walk to the junior dept. Who wants to do that when they have dressing rooms they refuse to open?
I just came from Macy’s backstage and the lady in backstage billing counter is so rude, Me and my husband went together she literally said Goodbye and not at all smiling and she is serious the whole time. We didn’t even asked her anything. Only God has to save Texas. Despite that my other experience is not that bad.
I’m not sure if the Caucasian male was the manager, loss prevention, or a store employee but my daughter and I were shopping for school clothes earlier. I did have a big purse and we did visit the dressing room, but I was trying to get the right fit because she’s into juniors now instead of kid sizes. We probably were in the dressing room approximately 15 minutes. I come out went straight to the register, and the Caucasian male is trying to look in my purse. He’s behind the counter but he’s peeking in my purse, then preceded to come closer as a nice older lady is ringing me up and pretends he’s checking the prices on the things I purchased. My daughter and I got to the car and laughed hysterically. 🤣😂 She even noticed what he was trying to do, although it was embarrassing I’m glad I could find humor in this situation.
