Sadly, my husband passed away, and I was in need of a dress and called for an appointment and camed in, and she had set aside several items for me to try. I ended up buying 3 dresses and undergarments that were perfect and all 3 dresses that can be worn at any occasion. My appointment was in and out without any hassle or time. My appointment literally was about 20 minutes. She really managed to take much off my plate. Liz, you truly are an expert in your craft. There was less than a handful of selections compared to Dillard’s and JCP. There was a huge selection for juniors which the salesperson kept making sure we knew. We were disappointed as we thought Macy’s was going to have a better selection than others.3 months agoNot at all unusual for a contemporary brick and mortar department store, but this was an unproductive trip. I was looking for a sport coat, a pair of slacks, and a shirt or two. The day before. Decided to wait for the new sale, checked at home and of course the items are online for even a lower price than they were in the store. Why would I bother driving to a Macy’s instead of shopping online? Good question. It’s certainly not for the stellar customer service, the unbelievable convenience, or the glorious surroundings.

4/7/23 No wonder so many Macy’s are closed. Overpriced with little to No staff to help you. Dressing rooms & Cashiers scarce. Lots of merchandise no one seems to be buying & it is Easter/Passover weekend. Longtime Macy’s customer( > 2 decades) cashier required that I had to fill out a new Macy card application as I hadn’t been there in a couple yrs.
Better selection at Target or even Walmart. Disappointing.

The ladies where you purchase perfume and cologne were amazing. We spent a few dollars there but they took care of my wife and son like we were family. Would highly recommend seeing these women at work as they know their business and getting you to leave your comfort zone on fragrances.

Customer service is exceptional. The sales staff are a little pushy and don’t give you much space to shop on your own. Felt a little suffocated in the perfume department, but overall, the store is clean and well kept.
I wish it was possible to give ZERO stars, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Macys’s delivery team assembled a bed incorrectly, the bed broke. For three weeks now I’ve been attempting to get Macy’s to remove this bed set and issue a refund- three separate times they have deleted me from their schedule to remove this item, no one ever has any idea how said deletion has happened. I cannot fathom how one company can screw up this many times. I even contacted the CEO who promised this would be rectified, and yet another week has gone by where they haven’t showed up to the scheduled removal date and they can’t figure out why I’ve been deleted from the schedule. Never again will I or anyone I know drop a dime at this horrific store.
