Entered the seating area only to discover a hallway full succulents 🌵and indoor plants 🌱, a pool full of vibrant koi fish 🐠and basking turtles 🐢, a sweet senior ginger cat 🐱🐈 and a curious macaw 🦜 that overly greets you! 🩷The service felt value for money! They offer 4 levels of service, cheapest being $33 and the highest being $47. The interior detailing was on point, on the exterior the bird droppings did not fully disappear. Still had traces of them, but alcohol wipes did the job. Still worth the money. The polishing was also very detailed.
Tips are kinda expected and their ‘new car’s is great! 😄
a month agoOmg, I highly recommend this carwash! You will see on the pictures why I gave 5 stars to this place. Just amazing team work. Friendly environment, respectful people and the results blew my mind, they were amazing. Plus I had $20 off because I brought my car on Thursday.
Go details!2 months agoPaid for Deluxe Car wash and was totally dissatisfied with the quality of work. I found dirt on many locations after they told me that the car is done. When I pointed out the deficiencies to the supervisor, he was busy justifying themselves rather than listening to the customer. Please find alternative places and avoid these unprofessional people. Strongly discourage any future customers!a month agoI have a brand new tesla and paid for HANDWASH! The worker used a pressure washer intensely on the front of my car and took the paint off. Owner is completely denying it. Do not take your car here! Read all reviews they damage your car and deny it! So many people have gone through it. They also cracked my GMCs front window and the worker who did it started cussing at my husband in spanish. My husband confronted them and they shamelessly apologized.a year agoWe did the ultra service with interior and exterior.
I won’t say their finishing was clean and spot less. You may end up finding many spots are not cleaned well in the inside and some spots on outside.
But for the price you pay it looks like a good option to give your car a nice quick clean look.
The waiting area was nice and you’ll be entertained by a bunch of koi fish, turtles and wifi.

in the last weekI have been frequenting this car wash for years selecting anything from the lowest $29 to $39 wash and clean options. My vehicles are a Honda Odyssey, Nissan Frontier truck and Honda CRV. I have come to the conclusion that they provide a lower than most service to what they charge compared to others in the city of Fremont. Today is the perfect example, receive my car from the bench side of the area only to walk up and find smudge marks all over, door jambs dirty, The wheels are dirty, glass still smeared and water present all over the car. I expected this since, I have been observing the crew for years. The crew only gives the vehicle a half hearted effort to all their patrons. Today, I took my Porsche SUV home and spent another 30 minutes wiping the SUV down. I recommend going else where as the quality would probably be better. This will be my last wash from them. My picture is what I expect when paying for their services, but they never could achieve the quality I expect for my dollar.a week agoGreat service. They take effort to clean it really well. If there is not much rush we can be out in 30 to 40 mins. They have different options. Also they have nice place to sit and relax while cleaning is going on . Nice fish tank with colorful fishes and tortoises.2 months agoI bought the basic wash vacuum, i think it’s called Soft cloth. For the most part, it was ok. However, there were some bee wax drops on the rear window, so I asked the lady who was cleaning the car to remove them, and she said it was a basic wash, and that is all she would do. She did not clean any further.a year agoI will never go back here. Most of the time they don’t do a good job vacuuming, I mentioned it to the gentleman who took down my information. Then I am driving home and there is lots of dust where the dashboard and the door meet. I am handicapped and cannot manually dust and clean my car, that is why I take it to car wash. They even left sand in the back of my Nissan Rogue, I specifically left it there to see how long it would take them to vacuum it, wipe it out or blow it out with air compressor cord, it has been there since August and it will soon be February

Had my car cleaned first time here. Got multi layer wax package. It was done in 1/2 hr. It was done very well. However I still found some spots on seat 💺. My seat was black, so lighter spots show promptly. My car is white, it was cleaned spotless.
Autopilot is a great place to get a quick and through car was at a reasonable price. Especially if your car is really dirty from a road trip.
My car was pretty dirty when I arrived and the guys and ladies did an amazing job cleaning it. For just a machine wash and quick interior detail for $35, they did a excellent job. Will definitely be returning monthly. Car feels so much cleaner. Thank you guys.
It’s just complete garbage of a job. The car is still extremely dirty all they do is light fast vacuuming don’t spend your money here when anyone can do a better job by themselves. I have also in the past paid almost $300 for their seat cleaning and all the for was wet the seats because the stains never went away these photos don’t do it justice under the seats is worst and in the sides just terrible for $35 when gas stations charge $2 for their vacuums
