2 months agoCar wash attendant is the rudest human being on the planet. I drove in and he started yelling at me that he told me to stop. I told him I didn’t hear him(truth) and then he started yelling some more at me. Told me I looked right at him when he gestured for me to stop. I yelled back at him saying I didn’t see or hear him. I had to back out and he closed the corrugated door. This is the 2nd time he was rude to me. Am I ugly or something?6 months agoI have not used the car wash service but I will soon!
I started going to Brendon’s Service when my mechanic was charging too much. When I asked them their cost, it was half. I have been twice since and they are the nicest people. Finding an honest mechanic is difficult these days . Here they are! Service is great, prices are amazing and I am always a happy customer!2 weeks agoVery friendly recepcionist , greatly proffesional teamwork mecanics , excelent work area with well organized tools.But the best of all are the low prices for oil change .

2 weeks agoGreat individual self car washes, plus an automatic operated car wash and at least 15 vacuum to wash & clean your car, plus get gas, across from Marriott Hotel!5 years agoI paid 10 dollars for the wheels washing as well, but the guys never washed them, neither did they wash the back of my car well. I even tipped them before my car went into the washing. The worst thing is I even got scratch marks all over my car. I am not happy, won’t go there again.

a week agoI bought a used car and it had this horrible scent that no amount of air fresheners could fix. it was owned by a house painter previously and had paint everywhere. I took the car to freeway expecting a nice deep clean and hopefully removing the smell, but even told them not to worry about the paint stains because I was aware I’d need to get paint thinner for those. when I received my car back, not only was the disgusting smell completely gone (and I even waited to make this review to make sure it STAYED gone), but they also somehow removed all the paint stains from the car. the car looks immaculate and smells great! expensive, but SERIOUSLY worth it. 5 stars!a month agoI’ve been

Car full if my dog’s hair also was removed. Tires and rims cleaned perfectly. Be careful if outside mirrors and my front license plate almost pulled off. Easy to use, screen to pay right at the front. The basic wash did a decent enough job. Free vacuum after is a huge perk!
Never an issue with this place. Just don’t understand since they renovated why the staff keeps dodging the monthly membership when I ask. Every time I come here to add a second vehicle to my account they have an excuse as to why I can’t add the car. So I keep paying for an individual wash each time. Next time I come if it continues I will just cancel my current membership & go elsewhere. It just doesn’t make any sense. I have been here three times after they renovated & each time it’s a different story.
Pulled up to the fast pass lane and was waiting so long for someone in front of me who was having a problem with a membership. It took so long like 10 minutes! Other people were beeping the horn behind me because it was taking so long. If your going to operate a car wash with a fast lane and you have a customer that has an issue let the customer through and handle the issue inside or in the parking lot. Don’t let the whole car wash lane back up to the street. They also could have put a cone behind the car and moved us to another lane. I canceled my membership because of this poor service! Also they have lanes closed many times and it is the slowest car wash to get in!!!
I’ve tried canceling my membership with them and they told me they did but I’ve apparently been getting charged my this company for the last 5 months. They also NEVER answer the phone I’ve called like 15 times just to get voice-mail anytime. Run your business better.
The renovations improved this already awesome car wash. I’ve always had a problem with these type of car washes getting the backside of my Renegade. Not anymore. 5 stars for perfection. Thanks so much
