a week agoHands-down the worst car wash in town. So to begin with you pull up and the young boys that work there try to sell you a membership. I explain to them that I had had a bad experience about a month ago but that I was going to try them again because their vacuums are good and it’s convenient to my house.
The rags and the free wipe are a nice touch because you’re gonna be cleaning your car yourself I go through the car wash and I come out and the same problem as I had last time. There’s still bugs on my hood bugs on my windshield bugs on my side window even some of my car doors. When I call him over here is like oh you know our equipment is broken. I said that’s what I heard a month ago. But a month ago the girls working there came out and hand cleaned my windshield. These guys shrugged their shoulders. I asked for their spray. Which they promptly watched me use with all three of them standing around. They told me I could run it through again, but I asked what was the point if the machine is broken. They said that high could ask in the future to put extra spray on the front of the car. Wouldn’t it make sense that if you knew that the thing that cleaned windshields was broken that you would automatically spray it? So after I spent 20 minutes cleaning bugs off myself, I said you know what would be best just give me a refund. They said we can’t do that. I asked them why they are selling car washes if some of the equipment is broken. They said because the rest is working. I told him I’d be better off at the car wash down the street. Truthfully, I would’ve been better off with a water hose in my driveway. And I was told well, their equipment is not as good as ours. I said, but I don’t think theirs is broken and I don’t understand why you’re selling car washes to a broken car wash. What I really wanted to say was what if you went to get your happy meal and all you got was your drink , your toy and your burger, and when you asked where your fries were, they said oh I’m sorry the french fry machine is broken and we don’t do refunds so here’s a fry box maybe you can go home and make your own fries?a month agoSpacious vacuuming space with great suction. The brushes aren’t too abrasive on my car or hit too hard, the vacuums work well, and they provide towels to dry car!2 months agoSuper Star had just taken over one day when I went. They had employees at every lane telling people about their promotion since they had just taken over. $22 unlimited washes for a month. I specifically asked the guy if I had to call and cancel a few times. He said no every time. Said it the promotion will end and that would be it. He guy was doing everything on the screen and even put a random email address, said it wasn’t really needed. He put a sticker on my windshield and said it would scan that at every wash. Today I notice they have been charging my account for the past two months. I called customer service and they basically said sorry you can’t have your money back. Let the lady know the employees are giving wrong information and making people think it’s one month and it does not auto-renew and to that she said there is nothing I can do about that. Let her know I never authorized these other charges. I asked to speak with someone higher than her. She said this will be reviewed by the district manager. I said I want to talk to the district manager she said no. You can call you bank and file a dispute, we can’t refund you. I asked how I would be able to follow up on this location since the employees are giving incorrect information. She said you can’t follow up. I ended up calling my bank and then looked at the reviews and to my surprise there are others that have the same issue as myself. Super Star Car Wash do better! This is not a good business practice! Train your employees to give accurate information!a week agoLove getting my car washed here. Staff is friendly, all vacuumes work and there are towels provided as well as window cleaner. Great wash for the price!

a month agoBlue Beacon is where I go for a truck wash. These young people will wash a truck like no other. These guys are very serious about the job they do. In the end you will see inspector gadget with a flash light in the day time making sure what you drive in dirty through the back comes out clean in the front. And now America has a happy driver on the road.5 months agoDrop in for a trailer wash out, 5 trucks ahead of me, still in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Friendly staff . Did a acceptable awesome job. No complaints, will return.4 months agoHad my truck washed Thursday morning and they didn’t do a good job. The left side was never scrubbed with a brush so there was still a film of dirt on the side skirts and part of the hood. I was surprised because the last time I came here, they did a great job. Less than honest practices. I paid for a car wash and a clerk gave me an upgrade. He did not disclose that he signed me up for a monthly fee. I called the toll free number and they are of no help. I went to the location and they referred me to the same toll free number. I would recommend that you spend your money at a more honest service provider.
Used to have a membership back in 2020 before it switched to Take 5. Cancelled membership after a few months because working from home and I didn’t use it as often compared to when I commuted to work daily. Had a couple of minor issues that made me stop using this location. Saw many bad reviews after Take 5 took over, but was thinking about getting a quick wash. So I checked reviews and I’m skeptical about all the 5 star reviews since I’ve seen so many complaints about this car wash in the past (including on Next Door). Think I’ll pass and don’t trust the high reviews folks.
July 19, 2023 at 3:00PM, I arrived and was using the touch screen to purchase a $10 wash (have a membership elsewhere, just didn’t have time to get over there). The guy working outside ran over and was trying to assist me with my purchase, which I didn’t need. He ended up charging me $25! When I old him I was buying a $10 wash and he charged me $25, he said, it’s okay. I said, “it’s okay because it’s not your money”. He laughed. He was rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and cost me $15 extra dollars for poor, very poor service. Will not go back!!!!!!

Very easy place to get your vehicle
Cleaned through the drive-through wash. Corner convenient location. Has vacuums to clean the inside of your vehicle out as well. Nice and clean facility.
