4 months agoGreat location shuttle picks up right in front or you can walk to Disneyland. Short Uber ride is what we did and I think it was better. Pool and two hot tubs are indoors and clean. There’s a water feature for kids to play in as well. The lounge/game room is really large with a nice TV. Lots of seating and a lot of fun. Staff is friendly and room was very clean.4 months agoWe loved everything about the Hotel. The location is perfect a short 20 min. walk to Parks. Restaurants close by. The staff was pleasant. Stephen from the Wyndham group was awesome… polite and pleasant even when we didn’t agree to attend an update. Our only issue was that our 2 wristbands and room keys had to be reset everyday as they failed to let us back into our room….very inconvenient. We can’t wait to stay here again.3 months agoRoom was clean and the service was good. The only complaint I have is that the doors don’t seem to seal well or are thin, so you can hear everything going on in the hallway. So I’m guessing everyone else can hear everything going on in your room as well. Other than that it’s been fantastic and I’d stay here again.3 months agoNice place. Good location. Good for staying and going to Disney. Not much to do at the hotel. It’s a hotel. It’s not a resort. $15 per day for parking. $6 shuttle to Disney. Pull out bed was horrible. No dishwasher.6 months agoVery nice stay for a quick Disney trip! Enjoyed the pool and was so walkable to nearby eats. The laundromat next door didn’t bother us at all. Our room was even just outside the elevator and we slept just fine! So happy with the space and cleanliness. The staff does special days for guests and little ones. I would love to come again next time we plan a Disney trip! (Previous stays were Eden Roc and Extended Stay America) Don’t expect a view but this hotel exceeded our expectations.

in the last weekBEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!I live in Arizona and I usually stay in La Quinta hotels and i have never had a problem but this hotel is disgusting. to start there is a $20 parking fee PER NIGHT, they do not guarantee you a parking spot in their very small parking garage so they will just throw your car on the side of the garage or driveway for other cars and people to hit. for some reason only one of my pillows was held together with plastic wrap and tape?? i have no idea why when all my other pillows were perfectly normal. First night i was walking down the hallways to leave the hotel and i got a big whiff of marijuana which smells disgusting especially if you can smell the guest trying to spray things in the air to try to hide the smell. then the next morning very early i was woken up to a hotel guest and a hotel employee arguing over the marijuana smell that was now taking over the whole floor. the walls are very thin so i get to hear every word that was being said. that was very annoying and uncomfortable so i decided i was going to start my day early even though i was looking forward to some sleep on my vacation like a lot of people i assume want on vacation. If you need help or even have an emergency don’t bother the hotel front desk because they don’t like taking calls. i used the phone provided by the hotel and my personal phone to call for some help and i got no answer. I needed help with the shuttles to Disneyland which the hotel is very close which is a plus but the hotel front desk lady decided whatever was on her phone was more important than my question on how to buy the tickets or even get on the shuttle( it’s my first time using these). also the hot tub is disgusting you will smell like rotten eggs after getting in. super disappointed.
a week agoVery pleased with the gentleman upfront as well as the female manager. I unfortunately did not get their names, but I truly appreciate how kind they were to me. We typically stay at a different hotel (I accidentally choose this one) but I’m honestly glad I did! The room we recieved is very nice. Big enough for my toddler to run around and not feel so crammed. Main reason we came is for Disneyland! It’s about 1 mile down the road and enjoy the walk there.a month agoOne of those places where you’re paying for the location and nothing else. Really gross. Flies swarming the reception area. Gnats in the hotel room. Cracks on the toilet. The bathtub clogged and a piece of the bathtub drain broke off. All the furniture was stained and otherwise scuffed up. Cars parked right behind my vehicle, which made it difficult to pull out. Whole place smelled bad.If you’re on an extremely tight budget/everything else in the area is sold out, I guess this is better than sleeping in your car. But if you have the money to vacation to Anaheim, you might as well cough up another 100-200 and stay in a place that’s nicer than a roadside motel. That’ll be my plan, next time.
in the last weekThe carpet had a urine odor. If you need a reliable internet connection to work or run your apps, this is not the hotel for you. The internet never worked efficently throughout my whole stay.3 weeks agoI had booked a room from online booking, and eventually, I got a better deal booking from their website and cancel my first booking, Did a mobile check-in, and when I arrived at the hotel they charge me more than what the reservation said, I notice that the rates they charge me to my reservation are way off, I let the front desk know that what they charge me does not match my reservation, Person helping is fixing the problem and said my bank account will be credit. What he ended up doing was canceling my reservation with a discount rate and not fixing the issue paying more than what I hoped for ($65 difference) very disappointed was told something completely different and while he was “fixing ” my reservation he was canceling it for their benefit in me paying more

Great location! Easy walk to Disney! Amazing roof top with 2 hot tubs! Our concierge Ray was the best part of our experience at the property, he was amazing and very helpful.
Other than that this place sucks, constantly calling, leaving notes under our door. Trying to sell us stuff we don’t want. I would have only left 1 star if it wasn’t for Ray, thank you Ray!
Absolutely loved this location. Everything from the moment I came in the entrance to leaving was great. Service was incredible, facility amenities were perfect for my family, and so close to the Disney Park that I made everything easy. There just wasn’t enough availability for us to stay longer.
As timeshare owner, this is one of the favorite locations.

– the vents in the bathrooms were dirty (like never cleaned),
– the water from the shower heads was running slow and out in the drain was running very slow,
– in the master bathroom no hot water,
– asked to be checked/fixed, never done for the entire stay,
– no replacement of the towels (picked from the pool),
– not enough garbage bags,
– big hot tub by the pool, wasn’t hot. It was cold,
– the rooftop hot tubs, had warm water but didn’t work when I turned the switch.
At the check in, was said that was recently renovated. And it can be noticed (specially in the lobby), but too many things have issues. I was really disappointed coming every evening and seeing their carelessness on turning the hot water on.
Another thing that I liked and disliked at the same time was that there is a Starbucks (inside the building) 👍😉, but you can’t use your Starbucks app 🤔👎.
For the location and the building I’ll go with 5 stars, but because of the service and a request that was turned down for the entire stay I would rate it with a 1 star. Really disappointed.
By the way, if you are reading this and interested in a timeshare, I can give mine. It is paid off. 😉
The location and the people were great. The pool is really nice. They have rooftop access to watch fireworks. You can not get from the garage to your room. You have to go through the lobby every time.
This is a great place for families. It is close to so much! There is nothing you can not find within half mile’s reach that you need for the ultimate family vacation! Restaurants, attractions, shows, sporting events, you name it! And there is on demand transportation to all of it from right in front, if you want to save on parking.
