  1. Needed help with propane tank and watersoftener salt…no help. Website said had 25 lb. bags…only had 40. Can’t pick up 40. Website showed it was updated. Need a new super Walmart in this area to keep up with growth and more workers that u,derstand English. This one opened 20 years ago this year.

  2. The store is clean, organized, well stocked with polite employees who are always ready to assist!

    This store also has a new manager and she’s making a difference on the perception of the Wal-Mart shopping experience.

    A pleasant surprise and well worth the trip.

  3. The store itself is fine, but the obvious lack of training for the curbside people? Wow….I have had some minor things wrong before but today? Bags ripped (handles)…I think there was as much food outside of the bags as still in them! He paid ZERO attention to putting tbem in my truck….sudeways/upside down/ spilled out. Curbside has had minir things before and only 1 that I had to call about (missing item) but today might as well been bagless! And no, my druving had zero to do with it….I am a former Firefighter who takes very close attention to driving, braking, turns etc. Take that kid off curbside loading!!!!!

  4. Remove those stanky bullpen checkouts. They are terrible. If there’s one thing I hate it’s a bullpen check out. It backs up horribly and slow as a turtle. Didn’t they try that in round Rock and it failed? Leave it to Georgetown Walmart to try a failed concept. Get rid of them, the old layout was perfect. You don’t see Heb pulling this herd(us like we’re cattle) cr*p on their customers.

    Big HEB with a lot of parking spots. Arrived at 7am for weekly grocery haul, not a lot of shoppers at this time. Very impressed with their Asian groceries, such as Chinese eggplant and Chinese okra. Saw a couple items I had not seen at other hebs before too. Spacious and clean. Isles are well organized and labeled. Easy to get in and out off.

    This place is massive. It has BBq which is great. Aisle are wider and there’s a lot of H‑E‑B goodness inside. It’s nice and shiny because it new. The plant department is nice and stocked and Georgetown has grown so much it needs more HEbs. Definitely recommend and be ready for crowds since this is very new.

    Thought this upgraded H-E-B was nice compared to the old one. It’s clean and organized. My favorite part is the self checkout lane (25 or less). There is an employee stationed there to help with anything and bag as well. I didn’t have to wait 10 minutes to find someone to take something off my cart. Big flower, makeup, and pet section.

    Largest H-E-B that I’ve been in! Gas, groceries, bakery, fresh tortillas, Sushi made on site, fish market and meat market, florist, pharmacy and more. The True Texas Barbecue Restaurant had a line waiting for seats. Right off of Interstate 35 at University (Hwy. 29) on the opposite side of I-35 where the old was located.

    First time at this location. It just opened. Great selection of foods and a lot of to go stuff. They also have a garden center and a bar b q place. We will have to return for a longer visit. We only needed a few supplies. We will return. Warning⚠️ Watch out for drivers. We were almost hit by a couple of people lost looking for parking.

    Store is not crowded however none of the cashiers have any bad people so lines are getting backed up. Also hard to find certain items but the biggest disappointment is no bag people

    I’ve been always doing cubside and for a some reason I’ve been getting moldy, expired products and I’m trying to understand why? I’m so annoyed getting a message that no items are in stock and I have to check and prove the product is in stock. Makes me so upset! I gave HEB another opportunity and guess what yesterday I picked up my groceries and protein powder EXPIRED 3 months ago? Now I have to drive back today to HEB again to exchange.

    I love to shop at this store but…I’m going to have to try curbside or get my winter coat and sweatpants out as it’s like walking in a freezer every time I go in there. This keeps me from shopping for new items or impulse buying for sure! Why can’t you adjust the temperature just a bit! It would be nice to be able to stop buying a box of tissues to stop my nose from running during my time in the store. Otherwise I have nothing but good to say about products and customer service! Cashiers are great and baggers do an excellent job at putting groceries in bags correctly! Well done!!

    Just moved to Sun City and have been to this store 3 times. Parking has been a nightmare all three times. On my first visit – I looked for several items that I buy frequently at the University AVE HEB in Round Rock. They did not have four of the items I buy frequently: Annies Vegetable Barley Soup, Ale De France Mini Toast, Rosemary Sour Dough Bread (bakery), and HEB Classic Selections New York Style Cheese Cake. The store was so crowded, I couldn’t wait to leave. I think I’ll be trying the new store on 29 and Ronald Regan – or maybe the new store on 29 and I35 (although it looks like it won’t be so easy to get into.) I’ve loved all of my neighborhood HEBs except this one.
