6 months agoThis was an amazing experience and very friendly staff. My car was beyond filthy and they made it look brand new. They were quite crowded but made me feel like I was the only customer making sure I was done in the time they promised. I would recommend them to anyone that wants great service which is hard to come by these days it seems. Good value for the attention to detail4 months agoI borrowed my son’s truck and had it washed and “Express Interior Super Clean” done as a birthday gift. John estimated it would take a little more than an hour to complete and it was done in 1:20, so I was happy about that. The results were very good. They forgot to do the new car smell, but I wasn’t sure he would even want that, so no big deal. The attached photos are what it looked like “before”. Unfortunately I forgot to get “after” pictures before I returned the truck (that happens when you get old and forgetful). All in all, I was very happy with this latest visit.3 months agoI have been going here for about 5 years. They are always friendly and kind. I love their different levels to pick the wash you need. I always get the ultimate. Today I had a little confusion with my coupon book (which is a great deal and always have one!) but the manager Kevin and the gal on register were so patient and understanding with me. Not only does The Wash Tub make your car look and smell great, but I really value and appreciate their customer service as well. ♥️☀️💥🎉😀 Highly recommend.a month agoJust wanted to share a positive experience my gf and I had at the Wash-tub. Her left rear fender flare was accidentally popped off by an employee while detailing her vehicle a few weeks ago. No big deal, newer cars are mostly plastic anyway. But the manager, Tim seriously went above and beyond by discounting our wash, ordering the part at no cost to us and installing it after it arrived. He even ran it through the wash again after it was installed. Then applied a protective coating also! Seriously couldn’t of asked for a better experience after a small mistake. It’s great to know the company takes care of it’s customers. Thanks again to Tim for all the help. We’ll still be going back!a month agoCompletely dissatisfied with the interior cleaning that was done. The seats and the carpet were visibly dirty still and when I pointed it out, they said I needed to get an upgrade to get a “detailed clean”. The trunk was completely untouched with visible dirt. The seats were not viped down even a little and they made excuses about why it couldn’t be cleaned. I ended up getting a discount ultimately but absolutely dissatisfied with how little it was cleaned and the fact that my time was wasted.

4 months agoOne of the worst car washes I’ve ever been to. I got VIP paid $25 and feels like I got the same wash that the $10 one would’ve got me. Barely cleaned my truck, didn’t even shine the tires.. honestly waste of time and money.a month agoGreat car wash with superb cleaning equipment! Super powerful vacuums and nice hand hand towels. The employees were super friendly and helpful, too.a year agoTried this place when it opened. It was okay. Didn’t do a good job on cleaning the car. The vacuums are weak. Was on that side of town and decided ot try again. It definitely did not clean my car at all, the vacuums did not vacuum much! I will not try this place again ever. I payed 25$ for the “top notch” wash.2 months agoI’ve got a ’16 Sentra, it’s not that big of a vehicle yet this car wash can’t get it clean. My husband and I were at another location, still Club Car Wash, the day prior, he got a rookie, his SUV looked like nothing touched it, this is really the only car wash near where we live and I tried the VIP today. It can’t clean the windshield past what my wipers can already do, it can’t get behind the wheels where dust gets kicked up despite saying the VIP does “tires”. They load the cars so tight that you can’t get dry under the vents, then nearly every “clean” towel they have in the vacuum area is damp or still wet and smells like they toss them in a tub and come back for them in an hour. Even after using their towels and window cleaner I have to Google and do them over. Id rather drive out of my way for a decent carwash.5 months agoThe place is great for a car wash with a few issues. One machine that washes the vehicles does tend to leave some scratches periodically, the cloth part. Second of all, I dont like how the attending staff direct the vehicles too close together in the wash. I really think the vehicles need to be spaced out more to ensure great drying time towards the end. Also to prevent accidents of other drivers that end up placing vehicle in drive to soon

I recently took my car in to get my brakes done and Josh had me in and out in under 2 hours at a great price! It’s also a great place to take car of your state inspection. The staff is very friendly and there is plenty of seating to wait for your car. Highly recommend!!
Kwik Kar is literally the best in terms of service and efficiency. Staff are kind, responsive and respectful. I won’t take my car anywhere else so long as they can provide the service! Also – the car wash is great and having friendly staff help dry off my car makes it the best value in Gtown. I always make sure to bring cash to tip!
Great service, I’ve always been a fan of Kwik Kar for oil changes. This Georgetown location may be my new favorite, super quick check in, service on my car and I got a free car wash. They have free vacuums too! Very friendly staff and comfortable sitting area.
Kwik Kar is my favorite oil change spot. I love that I can make an appointment online & get in & out with minimal waiting. I also appreciate the basic car wash with the oil change plus the free vacuums. Overall a great experience with good customer service 👌 Keep up the good work!
I had a fantastic experience at Kwik Kar of Georgetown! I visited them for vehicle registration and had a great time. While waiting in their comfortable AC cooled waiting area, I enjoyed a complimentary bottle of water. After completing the registration, they surprised me with a free car wash, which was a nice touch. I’m definitely planning to return for an oil change in the future. Their excellent service and thoughtful extras make them my go-to choice for automotive needs.
