  1. Very disappointed because I got the most expensive service worth $80. They were supposed to clean and make the interior clean and shiny. It is even described as “clean the hard to reach places”. Unfortunately, they missed a lot of spots and the interior isn’t shiny. I had way better service when I had the $50 one and the interior was super shiny with the $50 service. I asked the clerk to just charge me with the $50 service, but she said that the manager is not there and she can’t make that decision. I didn’t want to deal with the cleaners and complain to their face so I just left.

  2. Great one stop for your car I have two vehicles and both have great service performed here one is a Toyota and other Honda and they have both factory oils and checked vehicle from
    Bumper to bumper and did even tire rotation. It’s a great area to wait watch tv or sit and relax and watch live screen as car is serviced or washed

  3. The car wash is always clean and the staff is nice. I just wish they would take more time with vacuuming and wiping down the inside of the car. Because the car wash is always busy they rush to get to each customer which leads to being short changed with the detailing especially if you pay for the detailing service.

  4. Went for my usual oil change. Have been going there for many years and have never had a problem. Employees are polite and friendly. Haven’t had a long time for service. Usual time approximately 30 minutes. Have also had my car inspected and they thoroughly checked everything. There pricing is reasonable. You don’t have to call ahead for an appointment like a service station and wait days before bringing your car in. You also get a free car wash with your oil change. “I would recommend trying it for yourself”

  5. I believe this has to be the best car wash in the Bronx, I prefer hand washing better, but this place comes close to it. Every other one feels like the was is too short. I highly recommend coming here.

    I was always wondering where I can go and wash my car by myself because the car wash ALWAYS miss spot or is not clean properly, one day I came across this place and I couldn’t wait to come and try it out. It is really good and I will definitely come again, my reason for giving it 4 is because there is no instruction of how much money it will give you for each minute plus the brush need to be change. I swipe the credit card twice thinking it didn’t read it and I notice in my credit card history it charges me $10 dollars and it was 20 minutes, not bad at all. I will definitely check again when I go to see if I miss the instructions and if I do I will update my review it overall will definitely go.

    I am so angry! I used to love this car wash! It USED to be the best in town. I just left 15 minutes ago and they did such a BAD job! I had to rush to work so I couldn’t stick around for them to do it again. I just called to complain and found out it’s under new management. Surprise surprise! This would have never happened with the previous owner. Literally didn’t do a thing to the interior. I will not be going there again. How hard is it to wipe a car down? And vacuum? And I left a generous tip — apparently for absolute laziness.

    Although the new renovation look amazing I miss the old Mr. Bubble service. I use to pay $25+ a nice tip bc they would my car so well. This time I paid almost $100 and I’m not satisfied with the way the cleaned the interior. The outside looks great and the inside is ok with many questionable spots of dirt and dust. Overall I don’t think I world go back and if I’m desperate to go back I would never pay that much to be disappointed.

    Paid for the service to clean the mats inside my car and it was a mistake. They did not dry the mats and left the interior ground of the car soaked. And when I say soaked, I mean it. Now I am dealing with the aftermath of drying the car days later. If you pay for this service, make sure you pay attention.

    They were fairly quick, did the good job with the exterior but the interiors were not cleaned well. Next time I will have to stand and supervise to make sure they clean the cup holders, under the mats, under kids booster seats etc.

    My car looks brand new again!!! I can’t believe it. Anyone with toddlers may understand how destroyed their car can get. I called around yesterday for detailing. Mr Bubbles was the only one available in the area for a great price and excellent work! A+++
